They are taking 5 strikers. Drinkwater and Townsend are cut out from the 25. Before that Delph was injured.

Wilshere, Henderson and Sturridge hardly played and have fitness issues but somehow they are trusted. Might be a big mistake.

But can they trust Sturridge to stay fit? It's like 3 games in a week and more likely he will be injured.

Anyways Kane, Vardy will be first choice and Defoe should have been back up. Taking Rashford will help England in the long run. At least going by this season form and injury record Barkley, Wilshere, Sturridge, Henderson, Sterling don't deserve to be in the squad.

I think he'll be alright. I doubt he'd be played in every game anyway. It's good to have him and Sterling in the team as England could do with quick wingers, especially if Roy is going for 4-3-3. Them being rotated upfront would be the best thing.

The midfield and defence is worrying but I don't think Wilshere and Barkleys injury records will be a problem. Wilshere hasn't even played all season :lol: so he's had enough recovery time. Dier and Alli will be starters anyway, so they will probably be rotated in.

What would be the worst is Roy playing Henderson & Milner together.
