Firstly, I hope that there will be many pictures on this topic, so those of you with slow computers I suggest it would be best if you don't come here!

But now, here is my idea. Judging that our Bobo has been one of our best players for Inter since he joined I would like to have this thread as a picture thread of Tritolone in action, as a youngster and in person! :proud:

I have 100's on my P.C, obviously I can't post them all! :D

Awesome thread, guys! I might go ahead and make myself a Bobo avatar. I really feel for the man right now -- despite all the question marks, he's come out this season and worked his butt off. We all know he isn't the same type of player he once was, but his heart is still young and in the game.

We love you, Vieri!

I believe that Di Biagio pic is from the 2nd fixture against Verona in 01/02 when we won 3-0 or 3-1 with C.Zanetti's goal and Vieri's brace. ;)

My fave pic is when he disguised himself as Santa. :D

Vieri should and will go down as one of the 'legends' of our generation, and I can't express how proud that we are the team that he chose to stick with and treat as his own family. Once glory is found, he'd be the one I am most happy for after Moratti and Capitano. :)

What really saddens (or pisses) me off about this transfer is a lot of my memories of gols are tarnished. I even voted for Vieri's equalizer against Sampdoria as my favorite gol of last season. When i think back on that game and that particular gol now, all my emotions are mixed - the gol is absolutely splendid, but it wasn't scored by one of us. It was scored by a man who wanted to play for Milan instead.

Sorry mate but I won't. I completely respect all of you who still love Vieri, but I am just so disappointed and angry at him. He spat in all the Inter fans' faces just because it was easy and comfortable for him.

Vieri changed so many teams, and most of his fans don't have a great opinion of him. He settled at Inter, stayed for 6 years giving us the illusion of getting attached to Moratti. Then we all saw what he did.

The image of Vieri I have now is him spitting instead of celebrating after scoring for us, as he did many times.

His pig picture is staying

I am indifferent to Vieri after his actions. I'm just glad that I didn't spend 80 USD on a jersey of his. And the killer is to think that he would get playtime due to his friendship with Mancini!

I'd say. I just watched the comeback the other night and I definitely didn't get the same feeling of joy when I first saw it. It just felt.... odd, seeing him celebrating the equalizer knowing now that he plays for merda milan. :depress:

That game wasn't about Vieri though, or even the main catalysts that were Oba and Recoba. It was about our never give up attitude and refusal to give in no matter the score. Sounds cliche but it's true. It was a beautiful Inter moment and one I'll never forget. :proud:

As they say, Vieri made it from hero to zero in my books. Such selfisheness is not founded and I just find it hard to hate him but I am rather anoyed! All my Vieri poster have come down. I hope no other legends end up doing that too it just hurts to see.

Speaking of Milan shirts, I regretted the fact that I sold mine. Before you throw a finger at me ;), it was given to me by a dad's friend. I guess my dad screwed up the name Inter Milan & Milan and probably told his friend that I like the latter. He also gave me a Juve shirt. :wallbang: Now, I really regret that I had sold them away. I should have f*cking burn it. :fero:

And seriously, I was hugely contemplating of burning my Vieri shirt too but come to think about it, that shirt will remain as the only think that reminds me of all the memories that Bobo gave us. After all, as a German poet once said, a man isn't the person you last saw, but he's the person who's been with you all the while. I may hate Vieri now but when he retires or move from Milan, I'm not sure if I'll be able to hate him anymore.

he was always in bad relations with inter ultras..we had some problems..

anywway thanks to vieri for everything..but know he is enemy..and know we treat him like bbilan player..NOOO we treat him worse like traitor...

thats wh I dont have favorite players at Inter....except maybe zanetti because he is truly interista...many players care about money not shirt...

Thats exactly how I feel Han. I mean he did so much for us over his 5 years here and I remember when I fell in love him at WC 98. He went from being my favourite current player and possibly hero to being a traitor. I agree completely with Handoyo once he retires and the dust settles I will look back and respect and admire Vieri for what he did for Inter and Italy.

Like Frisko mentioned with Ronaldo, many fans would find their hate for him gradually lessen as he plays more and scores more for Inter if he were to come back. Similarly, i am of the belief that you guys will hate Vieri more and more if he starts scoring against Inter or scores important gols that hurt Inter's chances for the scudetto. Trust me. ;)

Most of the Inter fans are quick to forget that they are the first ones to betray Vieri when he started slipping in form, so now I dont know why they are crying.

And they were the first to cheer him when he got himself together.

Remember last season when he used to miss chances that DP can score now and all the fans used to cheer him for trying?

The fans turned on Vieri when he turned on them. There are few other fans on the face of the planet that cheer their players the way we do.

Ziyad
01 Sep 05, 18:52
I really think that Inter fans over cheer the players as soon as they see a glimpse of them trying and succeeding..

One evident example can be seen if u go to Matrix thread. You will see people bashing him like there is no tomorrow and all of a sudden since he has been doing well in a couple of games he is hero worshipped...Just one example but its part of being a fan.

I pride myself on being objective but i know i do it..Its football a game of emotions.

Dont worry i wasnt refering to anyone in particular but the general mood ;)

Plus i was doing it to show that we hail a player at any good sign he shows,we feel encouraged and we encourage him more.

Plus you see members stick to their guns about players that change in performance as if they were blind to how that player is doing better/worse now...I like my forum members to be objective and wise enough to admit a player is doing great/worse despite the players name.I know the examples of that are many... :D
