Of course we cannot assume but Bayern and we and everyone deserved the chance to see what would happen there. The offside call was too quick and most importantly, it was a WRONG call.
What the fuck was that offside call in the end? Incredible that these days refs let the game go on despite CLEAR offsides because I don't fucking even know. But NOW when there was actually a chance to use that same thing, the ref calls it offside immediately (and calls it fucking wrong).
Get real people. Of course we're going to sign Lautaro, it's a negotiation.
If we sold him, we wouldn't be able to sign a better replacement, considering what he means to the team, not just being a striker scoring goals.
I think the golden handshake is a bit too expensive for our books given his book value is 7-8m and the salary is almost 7m gross. Even if we had to pay him half of that, it's still 10m minus in our books without having a player in the squad for that money spent.
I think we might be okay taking...
Have to say I agree. For example at the moment the 3rd placed Venezia has almost 20 points more than the 7-8th placed Sampdoria-Brescia. That's just ridiculous you can get to Serie A from that position no matter how heroic such a playoff run would be.
So as I suggested, it was an interview given to a British media. Smart player obviously says good things about the league of said media's country, thus he talks about his dreams of playing in EPL. Doesn't really mean jack shit.
