I totally agree with you that after you go through the first few days/weeks of not smoking it becomes a lot easier, not sure about a one week period though seems a bit too short for me but glad that's how long it took you. Wanted to ask though, do you drink? If so, how do you hold the urge of not smoking when drinking? I don't drink much really but whenever I do I LOVE to smoke and before when I quit smoking I did drink without smoking but have to be honest it was dull. I know some people who only smoke when they drink (yet they drink all the time lol) so I might consider that since I barely drink really.
