Spanish newspaper Marca claims Inter are ready to offer €20m per season in order to sign Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola.

The Spanish Coach has refused to say whether he will renew his contract with the reigning World and European club champions.

In turn, the Nerazzurri want someone able to fill Jose Mourinho’s shoes, having gone through numerous tacticians since The Special One left in the summer of 2010.

According to Marca, Inter have prepared a package worth €20m per season in order to tempt Guardiola towards Serie A.

Meanwhile, reports in Italy continue to suggest Claudio Ranieri will be fired if Inter lose on Sunday evening against Napoli.

I can't wait for a 4-3-3 with Zanetti, Cambiasso and Deki in midfield, with Sneijder in left, Castaignos right and Milito as CA.

I thought Ranieri was supposed to be fired after we lost the Roma, Novara, Bologna, or Marseille game?

He's lately tried 3-4-3, right? And for his team in particular, I think the system on the paper doesn't matter much.

I for one don't think this guy is a good choice for us. Granted, we are not sure if Guardiola is ever trying to do the same football outside of Barcelona, but I'm worried we need much €€€€€€ in the first year to rebuild the team, and for that matter, much €€€ every year to pursuit his ideal line-up, given that even Eto, Ibrahimovic, Ronaldinho, Zambrotta, Yaya Toure or Deco didn't satisfy this guy. I know some of them weren't as good as they used to when they left, but still they became the starters or even the star players in Italy or England (...well, we eventually have to add even some Spanish high-profile players to the list, like Villa, Pedro and Bojan).

It's Marca, not the most credible source in Spain especially regarding Barcelona.

yeah, but in barca he has so strong midfielders that he can play like that + busquets and alves that can help in the back

    1) It's Marca
    2) 20mil per season

It doesn't get any more serious than a Rhinocerus about to charge your ass.

Sneijder can perfectly fit in a 4-3-3 from Pep, remember he played 4-3-3 with Ajax as well. He can be the Iniesta in pep's formation.

    -------------Julio------------
    Maicon--Samuel-Lucio--Zanetti
    -----------Cambiasso---------
    ------Sneijder----Guarin------
    Alvarez---------------Forlan
    -----------Milito-------------

and if pep comes, surely we will bring loads of star material players.
So I hope this will come

    -------------Julio------------
    Isla--Samuel-Hummels--Zanetti
    -----------M'Vila---------
    ------Sneijder----Guarin------
    Alvarez---------------Lucas
    -----------Milito-------------

    Should be realistic.

The rumours I read said €10million and not €20million, which makes more sense. I guess and hope that Marca is wrong, coz I don't think at all that it is worth spending €20million for a coach, leave alone for Guardiola.

No Nyall. 4 losses and a draw is enough to fire Gasperini. But 5 losses and a draw is not enough to fire Grande Ranieri. I agree, Ranieri is not to blame for any of it. It's all the fault of others. Once they get their shit together, we can go forward with CR.

We must forget Pep. Cr is such a good man, you can see it in his face, we will go far with him
