Please no thread for this guy. Not because I think he's not eligible for one, but just because I don't want to believe we're seriously going to go ahead and purchase him. Opening this thread feels like giving up on Giovinco

What your talking about? Opening thread for specific player = automatically 50% less chance we get him.

OT: Would be decent sub, but i dont see him in starting 11.
It doesn't get any more serious than a Rhinocerus about to charge your ass.

Since we cannot get winger, im fine with him. I like him a lot.

We would have similar attack from last year, but better. IF we can get Destro too. Forlan - Palacio, Pazzo - Destro, Gomez - Zarate. Not bad. Plus, we have Coutinho who can definitely deliver if given the chance.

So having Palacio, Gomez, COutinho and Ricky i needed on the wings, is not actually bad. Plus there is Sneijder. Milito and Destro to cover the CF position.

Now, lets get this done faster and spend on the fucking DEFENSE!

Alvarez should play as AM only, not on the wings. I don't care if the scout report says he is a pacy winger, watching him last season was just painful, he would get a head-start on the fullback marking him, but his marker would catch him up so easily and take the ball away before Ricky had a chance to do anything with it.

What about Keisuke Honda from CSKA, he can play both in the middle and out on the left. He has been linked with Serie A for a while now, almost went to Lazio, maybe with Naga here it will help persuade him to move to Inter. If we can't get Giovinco, and we certainly can't get Jovetic, he would be the next player I look to. 18 months left on his contract, btw.

If we are looking to spend under 10M on someone for this area though, instead of Gomez I would suggest Sochaux's Ryad Boudebouz. He is looking to leave his club, so far Lille, Marseille, Lyon and Liverpool are said to be interested. He's also very flexible position wise, can play left right or centre in attacking midfield which is a helpful thing.

Ricky SHOULD play as AM, my point is that he CAN cover the wings as well. Same goes for Wes.

Well I'm trying to say he can't and he's a pure CAM with no pace. His ideal position is quite literally sitting in the hole between midfield and defense. He is so slow, he got beaten by a glacier in a 100m sprint. He makes Dean Windass look like Usain fucking Bolt.
Wes on the other hand can, though I'd prefer to see him in a free role that allows him pretty much anywhere he wants in the final third.

You see people from Colombia, Oceania, Ireland(i think) pretending that at least ONCE in their life they saw a young wc talent arriving and becoming a world star.

Just a idea: if you want a serious debate about football, you should block everybody from countries that NEVER will win nothing and NEVER will have a balon d'or, for example.
Whats the point about those guys opinions??? Can i go to some New Zealand chat and start to teach them how to recognize the better wc prospects among young Rugby players?
Again, if you NEVER saw a young wc prospect struggling in his first years, like Kaka or Ronaldinho who were booed by they local supporters here, how could you judge????

If we have gone this far down the list, we might as well start Coutinho on the wing and look for a cheap backup winger.
