    7 - Coutinho

    just like Hydez said

    1- Handanovic
2- Jonathan or Maicon "depends if maicon leaves or no"
    6- Silvestre
    7- Coutinho
    8- Palacio
    15- Mudingayi
    23- Ranocchia

think Longo will stay as 81 and the new Forward will take number 9

    33 for M'Bye, like a lot.

Hate that 82, 87, 77, 55 numbers, this is not NBA.

Yea... Really hate football and basketball numbers going above 40...
    Anything from 1-39 is ok....

To me Zanetti represents the joy of living, the joy of making football your job every morning. He is the smile, the life force, the passion for training, the good cheer for everyone who works with him. To me Javier Zanetti is all of these things, and he is a man that I'm happy to say will be a friend forever.
After all of that, and a long way behind, comes the footballer. But having been his coach for only two years of his incredible career, it's not my place to talk about a man who has written his own story - and what a marvellous story it is. All I will say is thank you for everything, thank you for giving me a small space in your story. What I will cherish most is that hug in the middle of the Santiago Bernabeu: it won't be the last but it was certainly the most intense of our two years together.
Perhaps one day somebody might beat Zanetti's record, but there will only ever be one Zanetti.

All NBA players wear low numbers essentially, and almost none wear numbers in the 70s or 80s

NFL requires players or certain positions to wear certain numbers, so receivers wear 11-19 and 80-89

You see people from Colombia, Oceania, Ireland(i think) pretending that at least ONCE in their life they saw a young wc talent arriving and becoming a world star.

Just a idea: if you want a serious debate about football, you should block everybody from countries that NEVER will win nothing and NEVER will have a balon d'or, for example.
Whats the point about those guys opinions??? Can i go to some New Zealand chat and start to teach them how to recognize the better wc prospects among young Rugby players?
Again, if you NEVER saw a young wc prospect struggling in his first years, like Kaka or Ronaldinho who were booed by they local supporters here, how could you judge????

Damn, I was close. I guessed Mudingayi would be #15 and he is playing today's match as #16.

Jonathan has taken #42 again, so I wonder if this means we can expect another defender to sign and take #2?

Double numbers seem to be very popular this season:

    11 Alvarez
    22 Milito
    33 Mbaye
    44 Bianchetti
    55 Nagatomo
    66 -
    77 -
    88 Livaja
    99 Cassano
    FC INTERNAZIONALE

I thought football in Italy had changed, but it seems that a zebra never changes its stripes.

How could you forget all of Muntari's epic performances with the 77 shirt last year?
