I feel like an old out of touch man by saying this but I really feel like reddit killed off the usage of internet forums and it makes me feel a bit sad. This place is the only forum I'm on and I will always be super happy it exists, but sometimes I feel nostalgia for other forums that don't exist anymore or just have very low activity nowadays.
"Moggi was just a grape in a vineyard of bullshit"
Reddit always gives me the feeling of a kindergarten. What is people's fascination with that shithole?

Just don’t do it if you plan on committing any crimes.
Have you guys seen that show with the lady that cracks old cold cases by using DNA databases to put together a family tree. She will find the DNA and it won’t be a match but it will be like a 10% match to a cousin who’s DNA is on file and then she will use that to put together a family tree. It’s pretty interesting
People talk out of their asses in a much more convincing way.
Jokes aside, big fan of Reddit. Seemingly almost anything you can think of they already covered and it feels like the age group can vary a lot over there. Not just typical 12 year olds like most of social media.
It's not the content but the layout for me.
It feels very code-like, like an MS DOS way of communication. And also whenever I tried to read something there I cannot go for more than 1-2 posts, the flow of discussion seems like a larger number of parallel monologues.
And let's face it, whenever you search for something, Reddit is going to appear on your search with some possible answers so people will definitely check that out without having an account.
I prefer landing on Quora though. Much higher level of discussion on average and better interface. Still lacking something, but it beats Reddit for me.

Russia officially excluded from the Tokyo 2021 and the Beijing 2021 Olympics, and also from the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, as CAS only reduced their ban from 4 to 2 years.
(CAS = Court of Arbitration for Sport, also known as TAS, Tribunal arbitral du sport).
However, athletes from Russia can still take part in the Olympics, but without any association to the country.
I have also heard somewhere that russian athletes will be allowed to take part in the World Cup, too, as "neutral", but I'm not sure about that, I don't even know how it would work (i guess it might be true in theory, but not in practice).
What is certain, and I quote, is: Russia will be allowed to play at next year's delayed Euro 2020 tournament because European football's governing body Uefa is not defined as a "major event organisation" with regards to rulings on anti-doping breaches.

I couldn't find an appropriate thread so i posted this here.
"As usual in Italy some decisions are made without sense and logic. The dark side of the football that we tried to clean up returns to light".
Fabio Liverani, Lecce coach.
My username has nothing to do with the player of liverpool fc, it is a reference to an Italian novel.
So Brexit is apparently done, but I'm not buying it. There's at least one more season worth of television drama remaining.

Which matches do you feel more, those with Juventus or Milan?
"With Milan, without doubt. And I don't like the Rossoneri fans either because they have a way of behaving, particularly when they win, that I don't appreciate."

VAR is some serious Bullshit!
Just sprained my ankle really bad at futsal.
Some fucker wanted to shoot like a Guarin and i put my right foot in front of the ball and he kicked it hard as fuck, my ankle making a good 90 degrees movement.
Luckily, it was my right foot, not my left when i had ruptured my ligaments in my ankle some years ago.
Good start to 2021.
