Give an example who a coach that is successful with zero experience in coaching?
I know no one. It's true.
But in the same time, one year or two coaching youth team don't make such a difference. But I could be wrong.

You realised that Barcelona B and Real Madrid Castilla compete in the professional league?

They at least have to organise, lead and coach 20+ players for 1 full season, about 40 league games.

Cambiasso's CV is 4 World Cup games as assistant of Jose Pekerman.

Let's bring Ranieri. Plenty of experience.

And those squads Guardiola and Zidane got weren't exactly bad teams. Compare to our squad now.

Were we not doing good with Ranieri until the club decided to sell Thiago Motta and replaced him with Angelo Palombo?

Until today we're still looking to replace Thiago Motta.

Just wanted to say that the last managers to win the Scudetto are: Allegri, Conte, Mourinho, Mancini, Ancelotti, Lippi and Capello. Then we're going back to the fucking 90s and a quarter of the names are still the same back then.

Why not Walter Zenga, if Spalletti gets fired?

What's the point of coaching licences? JUST GO OUT AND PLAY GUYS!

Milan were so successful with Seedorf and Inzaghi they were excellent managers.

I love Zenga, have great memories of him at the Inter goal when I started supporting this club. Lets not ruin those memories.

You could say the same thing about Spalletti. Gattuso is a lot younger and he is doing a lot better than Spalletti because (he like Zenga) coaches from the heart and Spalletti relies mostly on luck and individual brilliance. I said it many times, experience means nothing if a coach doesn't continually assess himself and modify his moves accordingly. Spalletti in fact became worse with age not better.

"Coaches from the heart" what the fuck is that supposed to mean?

How is Gattuso doing better? I can recall the derby where Milan barely got a shot in. It's ridiculous that for some here things are better everywhere other than Inter.

He is a more sensible option than Cambiasso at this stage. At least we have a portfolio to refer to.

People tend to forget Cambiasso is bald, isn't that a bad thing?

He was bald before it was uncool.
Inter is an artistic venture, almost poetic. It is capable of provoking immense, unreachable joy and bitter disappointment. It’s never done by half-measures.
For me, Inter is the opening to new worlds and courage. It’s a strong passion, a marvellous illness. You can put up with the weaknesses and admire the courage, the same way you would with a son.
