    Lassana Diarra

Lassana Diarra supposedly has had a medical already and could be the first shot of our glorious winter mercato

    nickname: Lass

    Clubs played for:

    2005–2007 Chelsea
    2007–2008 Arsenal
    2008–2009 Portsmouth
    2009–2012 Real Madrid
    2012–2013 Anzhi Makhachkala
    2013–2014 Lokomotiv Moscow

I thought this dude was 100 years old but he is 29

    Competition:

our opponents in europa league Celtic

I hope this jinks the shit out of him

    news from Fc Inter 1908
"In these 48 hours, Aid will try to score the first shot for the new Inter. Meanwhile, there are important news for Diarra. Waiting to understand its contractual condition, Inter did support the French midfielder medical visits, clear signal of the will to put it under contract."

My main objection is that M'Vila would get even less chances

    Sounds like a Mudingayi transfer.
We are not now that strength which in old days
    Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Mudingayi was a No One at international level, while Lass got some decent experience... if he's physically fit I would welcome this deal, of course that means that M'Vila could leave.

He isn't just a brainless DM tbh.
He has some nice footwork for a DM and is a decent passer and his tackling is superb.
I would take him for free only thing is he hasn't played since May.
How the fuck could be ready?!
    Another M'Vila or?!

    Welcome Lass I guess

Having seen him in ages, but if he is in a great condition then sounds fine to me... Just didn't think that we were going to get another defensive midfielder... I guess...

    Javier Zanetti

    Argentina

If he is an upgrade to M'Vila and doesn't cost any money, he is welcomed here.
Maybe it is similar to Mudingayi move and he is the brainless midfielder, but remember that our midfield protection is just non-existant. If he can improve that sector and offer first-team spot competition to Medel then it is the great move.

I haven't seen him play since a quite while ago, but back then I quite liked him. He's 29 now, not very old, at least we might consider it as an upgrade in our midfield. I don't know if I should be happy about this transfer or not. Let's hope it will turn to be a good move by our management eventually.

Why do we get yet an another central midfielder? This doesn't make any sense at all. We need WINGERS FFS WINGERS.

Yeah medicals don't say much, Torres "broke records" at Milan's medical exams but hey it's free so let's hope for the best.

We need another DM as Kuzmanovic is not one and there's something wrong with M'Vila.

    I can't believe he's only 29

I didn't hear of him since he left Real..

& I don't see why we would go for him when we have M'vila, Medel and possibly Leiva too?

Medel can't play every single match. M'Vila has issues we simply will never know about. If Diarra comes, we certainly won't go for Lucas.
