Coming to Milano for a birthday weekend!

I wasn't sure which forum to post this in so I've put it in two! Moderators - feel free to delete one of them if you wish.

    Yo how's it going?

Myself and 5 mates are heading off to Milan on Friday for 3 nights. It's my 21st, woo!

Err yeah, anyway........we're going to the Inter v Reggina game on Sunday as part of the weekend. Think we'll probably try and have a tour of the San Siro too - can we do this on the Saturday (and is it easy to organise)?

Our hotel assures me that they're sorting our match tickets out, so fingers crossed that's all cool.

Any recommendations on places to go out (for food and of course drinks) would be greatly appreciated! (Bear in mind it's six 20-22 year olds who like drinking and footie - however we are all well behaved).

Anyone who's up for a laugh & willing to show us a good night out is welcome to join us btw - we could do with someone pointing us in the right direction as far as nightlife, places to eat/drink before and after the game is concerned.

Anyway cheers for your time people.

P.S. - I met Nicola Ventola on Saturday night at the Palace Player of the Year do. What a top bloke!

I'm not in Milan unfortunately so can't help you.

go to Javier Zanetti's restaurant, El Gaucho I think it is?

What's Nicola Ventola like? I didn't know he even spoke English properly.

    Have fun.

Welcome to the forum mate, where will you be sitting for the Inter - Reggina game? If your up for a bit of fun, I've got 2 words for you: Curva Nord. But I don't recommend it because you would have to go loaded with materiale (material) of the Ultras...

In fact, forget I ever said anything at all.

    Haha I don't think we're with the ultra's unfortunately.

All I know is that we're in the 2nd Livello. The tickets were 30 euro's.

Is Zanetti's restaurant typical Italian cuisine? I guess it's a bit up market? Oh yeah, and where is it?

Nicola Ventola's a great bloke. He speaks 4 languages (I think) - I heard that he studied in England when he was younger. He was absolutely gutted about Palace being relegated - think you might see him back in either Serie A or B next season.
