Plays RB the whole second half, goes on a counter and scores a beauty.

Despite poor performances and harsh criticisms, he worked silently and he always give everything when he's on the pitch.

I am really happy for him and I hope that Conte can get him to his Lazio level for the whole season.

Conte getting most out of him, hands down did good this game. I don't expect it to continue though.

How many more goals until you change your name to Candreva scores?

I love his defensive work. He works hard and plays hard for both his coach and his team mates. I admire and respect his efforts and he topped off tonight's performance with a beautiful finish.

Happy for the guy. Offensively he's still quite poor, but defensively I think he actually does very well under Conte. High work rate, tracks his man and does a good job at covering the wingback/RB role . It's a shame that his crossing is still shit but he does look a lot better under Conte. We still need a better starting wingback though.

It was a great shot, even better than it may have looked at first. He wanted to put it exactly there, it was no fluke. Really excellent goal, I have to hand it to him.

My username has nothing to do with the player of liverpool fc, it is a reference to an Italian novel.

His crossing is crap but his long balls to switch play are pretty good.

As much as this guy has annoyed me, happy to see him score. Redemption stories are always nice, so hopefully he has a great season.

Unbelievable finish. Watching Brozovic play that ball through and realising it was Tonino running on to it made me despair, but I celebrated it harder than I did the Lautaro goal.

    Good shit.

If I'm not mistaken he's scored one or two (disallowed) goals from very tight angles from the right in the last couple of games. Dude has some precise shooting we haven't seen executed from his Lazio days. Good shit indeed.
Inter is an artistic venture, almost poetic. It is capable of provoking immense, unreachable joy and bitter disappointment. It’s never done by half-measures.
For me, Inter is the opening to new worlds and courage. It’s a strong passion, a marvellous illness. You can put up with the weaknesses and admire the courage, the same way you would with a son.

The WB position is just fucked in general.

    - You have to make yourself available for offense at every moment, sprinting forward to join every counter attack
    - you have a high responsibility to cross, overlap or make plays and bring others into play down the wing
    - you will inevitably be caught out of position but you must always get back to marking the flank in defence ASAP

The role is ultra, ultra demanding and requires an insane gas tank in addition to positional awareness and immense focus. In terms of the sheer variety and the number of tasks the WB needs to do, it is arguably one of the most difficult positions in this tactical set up. Candreva's having a truly excellent season so far.

I dont know how people see both him and Lautaro as bad most of the games, I just dont get it. (Maybe its because of Barca rumors for Lautaro, and past performances for Candreva, but those 2 were one of the best players this year for us, up there with Barella and De Vrij(the man is a silent genius, 2 amazing assists in 2 games, and top notch defending, our best player this year).
