Friend of mine suggested a company that is similar to Draft Kings, but without the casino stuff. Forgot its name but I think the ticker was LCA and there's going to be a merger soon. We discussed a lot of options and I wasn't taking notes lol. Or maybe that was connected to Gores Metropoulos.

I told him I'll check them out on December so I'll make a post in the next 10-15 days on new picks.

Not gonna talk you out of e sports... but curious to know how you d play that sector.... theres many ways to go hardware(hare) streaming (Doyu) (Huya) (EGLX) developers(EA/ATVI/ttwo)
And then theres tencent and SEA that cover a bit of everything.....
I m especially couriouse when it comes to the streaming platforms.

On the weed market i m still bullish but think the big guys are fairly valued and unless the legalization across the world speeds up and goes in the right direction chances are your not gonna outperform the market on the long run. First of legalization has been painfully slow and on top of that there have been to many different approaches bee it within one country or from country to country which makes it hard for a true big player to emerge.
I m holding my canopy but the certainty that they ll outperform the market the next 5 years aint that big any more.

In other news Monday seems to be Vaccine day from now on out neatly tanked my ccl puts....

It was running on hype, mostly because weed is part of Canadian culture and had little retail value when you can grow a bunch of seeds and smoke yourself stupid for months. American legalization is what the market was always waiting for, and with much needed revenue, I think most states will open up to legalization. Currently in APHA because their weed is the best I've had that's legally produced.

In e sports I'm in EGLX and YDX (virtual/augmented reality). Always open to suggestions in this market.

I bailed on MLLLF e-sports, which works with F1 race simulation, too early and regretting it.

Not sure if the us provides a market big enough to justify the current valuation of the big boys, why i think legalization has to move forward in other developed nations. Also legalization on a national level in the us has to happen now it s a bit of a cluster fuck with different rules and regs in different states.

On gaming i ll take a look at EGLX and YDX thanks for the tip, i dont really have an e sports pure play in my pofo as of now...

In other news looks like market is on steroids in the AHs up 0.7% atm, then again this is time i get the optimism somewhat...

I had them at around 10 cents per share when they were Millenial E-Sports. They tanked because of organizational re-shuffling and late filings, and no updates. They've since been bought out by Engine Media, which is currently around $7.

Still kind of new to the intricacies of trading, so I'm learning a bit from you junkies.

I just don't find that industry appealing to be honest. I do expect that a few players will emerge big from there, but it's something I have no clue on. And until some investors pick up on that and 'sell' it, it's not going to take off.

I'm looking at GHMI and LCA now, myself. Quite happy with everything else, even OXY is picking up and I kept adding it when it fell to $11 and $9. The only one that I am skeptical about adding more is CLVS. These guys look doomed

FCEL and PLUG are two others I'm looking at. Should have considered them a month ago

Moreover, why is Gold selling off this severely? If this is telling us anything is that there's a lot of liquidity in the market. I will wait until there's a correction and gold falls further alongside with gold stocks so i can dip my nuts in some of them.

The fun part is that the cryptos are also back to 2018 levels it s literally th eeverything bubble. And now i m having these shitty valuation discussions around cryptos and EVS with the bulls.

Not gonna do much till the end of the year been a pretty good one. Might pick up some exposure to a lithium miner and if airbnb and roblox are decently valued at IPO i ll take a stake in both of em also as stated earlier if i find a decent one a wind turbine/energy play...

That being said i still dont trust this market one bit there is way to much money out there and way to much BS at valuations that make 0 sense.
Why the fuck is nikola back flying so short before the lockup expiry? WTF is happening with BLNK it s a 1$ company trading at 30....
And of curse GSX just keeps flying despite very credible fraud allegations and highly questionable financials plus CS distancing them selfes, yet stock holds it s ground.
And of course my most hated industry fucken cruiseships why the fuck is ccl up 20% since the cdc announced that they would not take cruises till fucken march?

Forgot to mention stumbled across FEMSA on a podcast yesterday sounded very interesting might be a great play for latin america have not done any research yet though

Edit: man sometimes investment is just luck or atleast a big part of luck my second biggest performer this year PLTR was my second choice to invest in behind SNOW but since snows IPO valuation was so out of whack i went for PLTR (which was also expensive but reasonable for todays valuations) Performance when bought on the day of IPO PLTR (130%) SNOW(10%) .

Also ipo price is rumoured around 33bi so about 6 times 2019 revs usually i call that expensive but with Asana trading at 20x rev Snow 160x pltr 40x i m not so sure about that.
