I hate Vecino, but he's (or someone of that profile) is needed in games like yesterday's. So much of his game is woeful but he's got the knack for finding himself in goalscoring situations.
Won't solve all our problems, but a better option off the bench than Perisic.

Not sure I agree with this. Conte is too stubborn for this to matter. A real manager would have taken off one of the CBs for a midfielder or attacking player, and that's when your point is quite logical. But with Conte at the helm it wouldn't change anything. Barella, Vidal, and Brozovic will continue to be our starting mids. Sensi is the best midfielder on our bench and should replace Vidal. At that point, would taking Barella or Brozovic off increase our chances of scoring?
No, but in a game like Udinese, where our chances of scoring never seemed above 2%, putting Vecino on as a Hail Mary may have increased our chances by about .5%
