Alessandro Bastoni is on Bayern Munich’s transfer list for this summer, according to a report in the Italian media.
The Bundesliga champions are looking to sign another talented young centre-back after securing Dayot Upamecano from RB Leipzig a few weeks ago.
FcInterNews.it reported on Monday night that Bastoni, along with Sevilla’s Jules Kounde, are Bayern’s main two targets after they baulked at Napoli’s €60-70 million asking price for Kalidou Koulibaly.
Bayern have shown their appreciation for the 21-year-old by making contact with his entourage, although nothing has gone beyond a simple enquiry for now.
Bastoni’s agent Tulio Tinti is on good terms with Bayern after helping take Luca Toni to Bavaria back in 2007, a connection Bayern may try to exploit to secure a deal.
Inter’s economic problems could also play in their favour, with the report suggesting the Nerazzurri could be tempted to balance the books with a high-profile sale.
In any case, Bastoni’s future seems set to be at Inter because the defender is prioritising remaining with the Serie A leaders.
Inter have already reached an agreement in principle with his entourage for a contract extension, which would see Bastoni’s wages rise to around €2.4-2.5 million annually, plus €1 million in add-ons.
Bayern Munich and any other club can f*** right off. Bastoni is future captain of Inter, surely even now his value is €80m+

Well, that's nice.
Bastoni has said multiple times that he is an Interista and wants to stay with us for 20 years. The only thing that can make us lose him, is management fucking up. He won't even be that wage hungry.

Exactly, just pay him a fair money and he will stay here.
Age won't have much to do with it. Hakimi is only 7 months older than Bastoni and already earns €5m net.
Realistically, €2.5m is not much of a raise considering he is already at €1.5m. My guess is he renews at €3.5m or so, minimum.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The level in which he plays and current salary, I'd say 2.5-3 is more than fair.

Derby d'Italia, why the rivalry?
My message to JuBe cunts
considering his age and the salaries we pay De Vrij and Skriniar (3.8 and 3m respectively), I agree with Pajo, 2.5-3 is fair for now. As the team grows and we start playing in the CL (for example) on a regular basis in the knock outs, everyone's salaries will increase.
Looked like a hurtful substitution. Some upper body, shoulder pain.
He landed bad on his shoulder. Hopefully its nothing serious, at least it didn't seemed like it.
He was subbed off with 4th slot-can that be done in case of an injury or Italy will be punished with 3-0 forfeit?
