I haven't done Torino because I didn't think they would be relevant at this stage but we have done a wonderful job by screwing up Udinese game and make Torino stay relevant.

Inter & Milan = Inter qualify
Inter & Roma = Inter qualify if better Goal Difference

Atalanta & Milan = Milan qualify
Atalanta & Roma = Atalanta qualify if better Goal Difference

Milan & Roma = Milan qualify

Three teams with same points: (if 2 places to grab 1st and 2nd will qualify, if 1 place to grab only 1st will qualify)

    Inter & Atalanta & Milan = Inter 1st, Atalanta 2nd, Milan 3rd.
Inter & Atalanta & Roma = Atalanta 1st, Roma 2nd, Inter 3rd (This is the most unfavourable for us)
    Inter & Roma & Milan = Inter 1st, Milan 2nd, Roma 3rd.

    Atalanta & Roma & Milan = I don't care about this. lol.

    thanks man, this is interesting...

as i said in the other thread
at this point we need to hope that atalanta gets a draw against juve so atalanta can't have the same points. 2 draws or 2 wins are good too. But a lose and a win + Inter getting only 5 points = game over.

of course i don't was thinking about Milan. If Milan wins both matches (which should be easy, they have spal home and frosinone away) 5 points will be enough. If not, then we need to hope that Atalanta doesent end with 68 points or that Roma don't wins both games..

Bologna-Parma is also tonight. The winner gets safe, the loser is very close to the relegation zone. If they end up in a draw, they are still in a shit situation. I like both teams and I wanted Udinese to get relegated but with us playing Empoli I'm hoping we send them down and us to CL.

Milan plays Frosinone at home and Spal away, not vice versa.

Damn, just realized it's a mathematical possibility.

They lose to both Parma and Genoa. 40 points total
Udinese beats SPAL, draws with Cagliari. 41 points total
Bologna gets at least 4 points @ Lazio + vs Napoli. 41 points total.
Empoli beats Torino and Inter. 41 points total.
Genoa beats Cagliari and Fiorentina. 42 points total.
Cagliari loses to Genoa, draws with Udinese. 41 points total.
Parma beats Fiorentina, doesn't matter what they do with Roma as they have 41 pts with that win.

In practice they are safe, but damn, it's scary that they are still not safe with 2 games to go. It's quite funnt that they are just 2 points off 10th place

How the hell do you make two back to back catastrophic decisions like Fiorentina did, first you chase Pioli away mid-season because he kept getting draws and then, of all the shitty managers available, you employ Montella

Foggia, the team which was once famous for "zemanlandia", has been relegated to Serie C.
Palermo have been relegated for unlawful administrative acts. technically, they have been moved to the last position in the standings.

an appeal will be filed, but it's unlikely palermo will be taking part in the playoff, perugia should take their place.

something in the bottom of the table will change as well, unless the appeal is at least partially successful.

play-offs might also be postponed. it's the usual mess, there's no telling for sure how things will pan out.

Added Torino into the game and just realised they have really good head-to-head results vs other teams which will give them advantages.

Those in reds mean we don't qualify for CL. Hence, the best way for us is to focus securing 6 points from the 3 remaining games.

yeah but Torino can only make 66 points. This could only happen if Inter will only make 3 points and bbilan-roma-atalanta fails too (or at last 2 from them)

Possibility is still there and we should go to Napoli to win the game.

If we fail to win (which probaby will happen) we can still get a draw. Then it all depends what Atalanta and the other teams will do. Normaly 5 points could be enough. We should win against Empoli, but you never know.

edit: ops, i mean 2 points, not 5 points

OFFICIAL: De Rossi to leave Roma
    By Football Italia staff

Roma have announced that Daniele De Rossi will leave the club at the end of the season.

Roma tweeted on Tuesday morning that their home match against Parma on May 26 would be De Rossi’s final game at the Olimpico.

Furthermore, their official website confirmed the 35-year-old would not be retiring as he ‘plans to pursue a new adventure away from Rome.’

His next club could be revealed at a Press conference, which he plans to hold at 11:45 BST.

The midfielder was born in the Italian capital and came through the Giallorossi’s youth system, before making his first-team debut in 2001.

He has gone on to play 615 times for the Lupi, winning two Coppa Italia and one Supercoppa, and replaced Francesco Totti as their full-time captain.

De Rossi also represented Italy on 117 occasions, forming part of the Azzurri team who lifted the 2006 World Cup.
Luis Figo: "When I signed for Inter it was simply about looking for football happiness."

We should go all guns blazinga against Napoli. This is a game where we have nothing to lose. And a win here would seal the season for us. And the best part is that this is an away game for us, which usually gives us more space and reduces pressure. We should take the risk, and go with a mindset of getting 2-3 goals here.
