Almost forgot he is in the team. Earlier this season he looked more solid than Biraghi.

I think he is dead. But no one tells it in public.

Seriously tho, wtf is going on with him?

He must have issues with his knees as he has returned to training for a while but there's no prediction when he's going to be available again. He could even be on the market as his agent has a meeting with Inter yesterday.
Antonio Conte: "During the season, I advise my players to have sex for short periods and with the minimum of effort, and better use positions where they are under their partners. And preferably, with their wives, because if with others, well, that needs extra action".

It's a real shame, I vastly preferred him to Biraghi.

I think Young will take his place now, he is more of a left wing player than the right. Candreva or Moses will take over the RWB role.

Something must be seriously wrong with him. He was left out of EL list.

Nothing, he is just the Vrsaljko of this season. Every year we have at least one player who slowly fades out of the team in a mysterious way.

He was on the bench for Udinese but who knows if he was actually able to play..

Feels like this whole season he's been alternating between brief spells of being mildly injured and being available for selection. We've apparently sent him to specialists in Barcelona too. As it stands I have no fucking idea what the fuck is going on anymore.

For better or worse, football isn't a sport where one sits out for a long period barring a catastrophic injury like an ACL tear or leg break. Even then, one might argue they return quicker than they should. Arguably, the "less serious" injuries should be given the same amount of respect otherwise they just end up chronic, see Vrsaljko.

See even Sensi's adductor problem for example. I've read and heard about other athletes with pubalgia getting surgery or even bullshit like stem cell treatment. But the common thread seems to be that they take much longer to recover and rehabilitate. Compare that to this "rush to get him fit > play 1 game > injury flares up again" bullshit that we keep doing.

Point is, players are contracted to teams who pretty much have full dictatorship of their treatment and recovery. Because the athletes are signed on contracts with a finite duration, the goal is always a quick return and I believe the recovery process is often rushed, to the detriment of both player and team. It's complete fucking nonsense that in the past 12 months we've had the likes of Vrsaljko, Sensi and Asamoah practically unusable because of the same chronic recurring injuries. Fucking ludicrous.

There was nothing mysterious about Vrsaljko. He had a knee injury that kept him out of the last two WC games few months before joining Inter which cast a serious doubt on his fitness. We knew it, Atletico knew it, Vrsaljko himself knew it. But the problem was Spalletti wanted an experienced rb and we didn't have much money left after getting Nainggolan. So we decided to take a risk with him hoping he could deal with it with conservative treatment. It worked at first but the more Vrsaljko played the more he was hurting. All the parties eventually realised a surgery was the only viable option for the player.

Inter is an artistic venture, almost poetic. It is capable of provoking immense, unreachable joy and bitter disappointment. Itís never done by half-measures.
For me, Inter is the opening to new worlds and courage. Itís a strong passion, a marvellous illness. You can put up with the weaknesses and admire the courage, the same way you would with a son.

It's an unfortunate turn of events. Conte coming to the club would have been an ideal situation for him as well when you consider he played his best football under him.

I truly miss this guy. He's a real baller. Such a shame that he was/is out for a while now. Would have been a great solution to our left flank as he has abilities which none of our other players on that position have. Not sure if he's gonna bounce back, but I truly miss Asamoah.

Brehme mentioned something about a contract dispute.

He's been on the bench for the last couple of games, don't really know what to make of it.

Yeah, search for any reliable source for this alleged "contract dispute" on Google, search for articles published in the past 1 month and you'll get brehme's crystal ball post in this very same thread as a top result...

The guy just has "insider info", can't really blame him or be suspicious or anything. Understandably, I also have people here and there and I know for a fact that he secretly engages in human trafficking and has a taste for little children, for example.
