    Re: Experiment

Keep in mind... I don't get much coverage of Portugal, Germany, France.... let's just say I only get regular coverage of England, Spain and Italy.

-The best 3 right backs in Europe
Salgado, Paulo Ferreira, Seitaridis (based on what I've seen in Europe, as well as his reputation)

    - The best 5 centre backs in Europe
    Nesta, Maldini, Carvalho, Cannavaro, Ferdinand

    - The best 3 left back in Europe
    Zambrotta, A.Cole, Maldini*

    - The best 3 DM in Europe
    Makelele, Vieira, Roy Keane

    - The best 3 Offensive Midfilders in Europe
    Robben, Zidane, C.Ronaldo

    - The best 3 strikers in Europe
    Henry, Shevchenko, Totti

    * Maldini: he can play as a LB or CB.

Hmm...that's something interesting that Handoyo wrote, Xavi as a offensive midfielder, do people consider him as an offensive or defensive midfielder?

KoSoVa- you picked Heitinga as a good right back, does he deserve the attention he gets? Van Basten doesn't pick him much, though, does he? I think he may be the first ever gay player, in football, seriously, have a look at Nesta and Cannavaro...and then Heitinga, Nesta looks like a bikey when compared to Heitinga.

Good thing about Xabi is that he is an offensively gifted defensive midfielder. I really think he is better than Gerrard, but he might have to wait to prove it to others. But those who saw glimpses of him at Sociedad know how good he is.

He was the steal of the season last year. Bentiez was licking his chops after Real did the unthinkable and not got him. Considering how little they paid, Liverpool have a legend in their squad.

Real were practically close to him, but then Camacho said he wasn't his type of player!!! Thank God I am not a Real fan!!! Or maybe Xabi himself wasn't so keen on Real, I think Basque players like Catalans don't like to play at Real.

Xabi has probably the best Long Pass vision and accuracy in the game, that matched only by Veron.
