My username has nothing to do with the player of liverpool fc, it is a reference to an Italian novel.

Lautaro is nowhere good enough (yet) holding up play, combining play, off ball runs, etc to be playing 4-3-1-2. Sorry to say, but that's the truth. He still keeps his head down, dribbles into bad situations and loses the ball a lot. Too much....

Spallo is right in that these 2 cannot play together right now and for us to have any semblance of controlling games and limiting opponent opportunities.

“There is no comparison. On one hand, we have a duel within the city, a constant and direct confrontation. On the other, we have a historical hostility. Sportingly speaking, the real enemy is Juventus.”

I disagree. Having Lautaro with Icardi (or 2 strikers more exactly) keep the adverse defense at bay. Only with Icardi upfront, with our wingers who aren't able to dribble and take the opponents fullback out, it's more easily for opponents to adevance one of CB od DM and disrupt our build-up. Especially when you have one like Vecino in midfiled. And when our fullbacks cannot overlap nor come in midfild to help.

Looking back at this thread, these are the most repetitive lines: "Vecino " " Vecino LOL" "Vecino "
We can play 4231 even against Rube, Roma, etc... Its just against bunkered smaller teams that our wingers are useless.
