Blagoy Ivanov keeps getting fucked over man, feel bad for the guy as he's a great fighter. Last fight he beat Lewis but got robbed by the refs and should not have lost the decision tonight either. Should have been a draw or a win as Sakai should have definately had a point deducted in the last round.

Damn, Woodley just got his ass kicked again. That's the second time in a row he's been dominated in all 5 rounds in a main even fight.

Burns vs Usman is going to be sick. The best BJJ vs probably the best wrestler in the division. Burns is probably a better striker but I think Usman beats him. Both fight out of the same gym too.

Triple C walking away, Jon Jones talking about getting released and masvidal also, what the fuck is the UFC playing at. The pay model for the athletes there is a disgrace. I can't remember the kids name from last weekend but he won a great fight, then had to go to work the next fucking day! That's insane.

Yeah they get peanuts when you compare it to boxing events even though less people were tuning in to boxing. The Reebok deal also screwed them out of sponsorship money.

I read that Jon Jones still gets paid multiple millions per fight, Conor gets whatever he wants and the rest don't get much. The fact that a lot of the bigger stars are bringing it up and are threatening to leave might change things. But knowing Dana, he'll tell them to fuck off then

Might be completely off, but isn't it the same problem that WWE has for a long time?

Cody Garbrandt back with one of the best KO's I've seen god damn. His chin may not be the best but he easily has the fastest hands in the UFC.

There are to many killers in his division and he knows it so he retires to protect his legacy. What a bitch move tbh, typical big mouth

I completely disagree. He's quite actively looking to fight, but Dana is telling him to wait until the winner of khabib and Justin, so likely looking at early next year. He's complained as to why are they keeping Justin and khabib until September. Aside from those two I don't see anyone else giving him a really tough fight and I think he kos Justin, he gets hit too much. But Justin could ko him as well so really good fight. But it's clearly a negotiation move, Dana has been pretty clear in not looking to lose the gate of a mcgregor fight during lockdown and in thinking that conor khabib 2 will be the biggest fight ufc ever has,so won't risk him vs someone like masvidal.

Anyway, after last night I'm officially on the sugasean hype train. This guy could be the next big star.

Khabib, Justin, Tony, Islam Makhachev, Gillespie (if he wrestles), Charles Oliveira, maybe even Poirer (who looks eay better now than he did all those years ago) could beat Conor. Justin does get hit a lot so it's 50/50 there. Masvidal and especially Usman or Covington would beat him, hell if Volkanovski came up (or if Conor came back down) he'd beat him too.

A lot of monsters swarming in those divisions, so its a smart move to only have easy fights like Cowboy or have Dana protect him.

Sugar Show looks good so far but he hasn't really beaten anyone worth mentioning. I remember Micky Gall and Sage Northcutt had the hype aswell and then quickly derailed. The guy looks promising though, hope he goes far.

Fuck me, the Emmett v Burgos fight might be the fight of the year. Both guys throwing bombs the entire fight, especially Emmett with a busted knee. Burgos easily has one of the best chins in the UFC, most people who get hit by Emmett like that get KO'd.

Yeah that was embarrassing and also one of the most boring fights I've seen, yet he wants the title shot over Ngannou

Man what a fight between Poirier and Hooker. Another fight of the year contender, literally a 5 round war. Deserved win for Dustin though.

I was surprised at how well hooker fought. I thought poirier was going to kill him before the fight. Hooker looked massive.

Hooker!!! What an unfortunate surname for a fighter.

Damn, Khabib's dad just passed away. I knew it was serious as he was in a coma at one point, but thought he got better..
