We keep giving opportunities for counters every single match and if opponent is not totally clueless, they use those opportunities for dangerous counters. We don't play in a way which would mitigate the damage of a giveaway, we go all in with our attacks and if a giveaway happens, we are not ready for them. We only react and sometimes it works, sometimes it won't and counters occur.

What we would need is more combination plays, more SMART attacking and movement so that we don't have to put so many bodies to the attacks to generate anything.
