But indeed, we cannot defend ourselves to victory IF the opponent knows how to attack. And Roma showed ALL GAME LONG they know how to attack. With that slick one-touch passing game, they teared our defence. And Conte decides it's a good idea to keep trying to defend by bringing in GAGLIARDINI and KOLAROV. How are these two going to help to defend that slick Roma attacking?

Sensi should have been brought in because he would have provided the ability to keep the ball. That's important in a game phase where opponent is piling on you and you just keep losing the ball 99% of the time when you get it. Then I don't know what Kolarov was supposed to bring to our game. I guess Hakimi was tired but he still gave a threat to Roma's left side.

Yeah, unfortunately we cannot keep our game together for 90 mins, no matter what. This panicking is simply we cannot have. And Conte was supposed to be the guy who takes this amateur hour shit out of Inter. He's been here for over 1,5 years and nothing has got better.

I really though he would bring Sanchez in for Lautaro. Sanchez would have given the pressing Lautaro usually gives and he would give us the ability to keep the ball also. Perisic did nothing but played almost as a midfielder there, covering space. Apparently Conte thought that stacking the midfield would help but it doesn't help if players aren't aggressive enough and Perisic is not that type of player.
