Dunno about the first, but the second one was 100% penalty. I hate Pep, but that cunt would be right if he cries about the refs.

Agreed. Commentators have said that City spent £160M on fullbacks, Liverpool have spent £12M on fullbacks. Liverpool by far have the better fullbacks. Obviously there is other people involved but Klopp has been the catalyst and the architect of Liverpool's success up to this point. Liverpool are the barometer of how to achieve success without having to spend crazy money, a model for Inter to follow.

Down 3-1 and Man City attack and pressure until the end. Say what you will, but that mentality is what separates a lot of teams from each other.

Wanted Liverpool to win, but thought City were robbed of two hand ball penalties. Way I see it, if that happened to us, I'd be fuming. There was a potential penalty call on Sterling too and i've seen those given.

Still, Aguero flopped when it mattered most tonight as he could have easily scored two goals tonight. Tough to see City catching Liverpool now unless they choke or have some big injuries.

And 9 points separates Liverpool and City.

If a team is as good as City is and as committed as City is, but are 9 points behind of the European Champions, then what does it say about Liverpool?

Liverpool have played all 5 of the other Top 6 clubs and got 13 points from 15. City have played 2 of the other Top 6 clubs and got just 1 point. Also Liverpool have beat Leicester and Sheffield Utd who are in the actual top 6.

Praise City if you want, they are a good team, but they are not close to Liverpool this season, so far.

Hopefully Liverpool wins this one. It's been a long time. I stopped caring about them since 2002 or whatever but this is getting too much

But you were making City out to be special just because they stayed attacking in a game they had no hope of winning.

What did you expect them to do? Roll over and give up. They're double champions, I would be surprised if they did stop trying to score.

What was your actual point again?

I said it's what separates A LOT of teams from each other, not just Man City. That's the kind of mentality that a lot of teams would lack, but I never said it was something City exclusively has lmao. Get your head out of your ass m8.

The first one def. wasn't a foul by Liverpool. The ball hit Bernardo in the hand first.

The second was a clear penalty tho.

He won't stay unemployed for long. Despite not winning anything, he did a tremendous job at Tottenham. I won't be surprised if his next job is Man Utd or Bayern. I wonder who's gonna replace him. Maybe Allegri or Mourinho.

Mourinho might since he wants to stay in London. But that's a bigger rival to Chelsea than Arsenal is. And Arsenal was Wenger's team, his personal rival. Chelsea fans won't approve of his move to Tottenham for sure. Arsenal they could digest more easily.

Allegri going to Tottenham would be a bad move for both parties.
I think they will try to poach some German coach or maybe Ajax's coach. But they will probably end up with Brendan Rodgers to finish the season at least.

    Bad decision by them.

Rodgers only joined Leicester in February and has a good chance of finishing in the top 4 this season, would be pretty stupid to leave that project just to join Spurs for a few months.

Fabrizio Romano: "Tottenham are considering Josť Mourinho as new manager, after sacking Pochettino. And Josť would be open to start a discussion with Spurs. Daniel Levy will decide on next hours".
