Well, the weird thing is you are adopting a trump approach of wanting to hear what pleases you. Conte dropped at least six easy points and any sensible Inter fan has enough grounds to be worried and concerned.

Conte's points-per-game this season so far: 2.34... This is a crazy good ppg. What do you want, having 69 pts out of 23 games?

Don't know about that but we're pretty darn close. We've only dropped 15 pts from 23 games. The only team having close to the full possible point tally is Liverpool, 2.92 pts per game. Simply ridiculous. Also let's not forget that their last loss (not taking the Carabao Cup into account as it's a joke) was against Napoli in the CL.
Inter is an artistic venture, almost poetic. It is capable of provoking immense, unreachable joy and bitter disappointment. Itís never done by half-measures.
For me, Inter is the opening to new worlds and courage. Itís a strong passion, a marvellous illness. You can put up with the weaknesses and admire the courage, the same way you would with a son.

I am more than satisfied with the progress Inter is making under Conte. But my point was that it is undertandable if some fans are concerned.

Nothing wrong with being a maximalist, I am one too, but we're talking about some next level greed here. We're doing beyond better than we all expected at the beginning of the season.

Maybe, just maybe, we can demand consistency in his second year here if we manage to have another great transfer summer. Then, it might be justified, but definitely not now.

Yeah, we had some weird draws and the team looked a bit rusty but considering the injury crisis and the lack of rotation that followed it's only normal to lose a bit of heat after the halfway point of the season. We are the team that runs the most in the whole league.

Anyhow, we're about to see whether Conte can get us all the way against Lazio and Juventus next. Then we have a fair share of manageable teams, all the way till the end of the season when we meet Atalanta. If he manages not to lose points, at least, against those two teams, it'll be quite something. Of course, beating both will be best. Better to beat those and draw/lose against the likes of Parma and Roma at this point.

Easy points dropped but so has our opponents. We can argue those easy points will bite us eventually when we face veronas away and such but so far we're joint-top in the standings. We can't be too worried and concerned. Maybe Handa's injury is a big concern if it doesn't heal soon enough since our system and defence is based so much on Handa making key save(s) in every match (and yet we still managed to beat mditable club Milan despite not having a single key save in the match).

Exactly. Him starting ahead of a healthy Lukaku would give him a boost.

Exclusive: Inter make clear decision on Man Utd loanee Sanchez

Alexis Sanchez and Inter are ready to say goodbye. Bar any sensational twists and turns, the decision to send the Chilean striker back to Manchester United is gathering steam. In his latest piece, our reporter Fabrizio Romano has shed some light in the situation.

In addition to the injury struggles, which has limited him, Sanchez also comes with a hefty cost between the transfer fee and above all the salary. Signing him permanently would limit Inter on the investment front, unless the Red Devils agree to extend the dry loan for one more year.

In short, the Nerazzurri have decided to part ways with the striker, following a season that hasn't been what they hoped for. Subsequently, with Sanchez leaving, you can't rule out surprises on the transfer market for Inter's attack. In fact, two strikers could arrive.

A more physical one that can act as a backup to Romelu Lukaku and a quick one. Of course, a lot will depend on the possible transfer of Lautaro Martinez to Barcelona and the possible return of Mauro Icardi. In September, Conte's attack will certainly have a completely different face.

Antonio Conte: "During the season, I advise my players to have sex for short periods and with the minimum of effort, and better use positions where they are under their partners. And preferably, with their wives, because if with others, well, that needs extra action".

Meh, should we? He's going to be 32 years old and hasn't been able to stay fit. I think his performances have been more good than bad, but unless United are seriously willing to hand him to us (15M or less) it just doesn't make sense to keep him on his wages.

I'm pretty sure he's going to accept to reduce his contract significantly to stay in a place where he's finally happy.

And from what we've seen, he's usually one of our best players whenever he played, with the exception of that silly trequarista experiment. If he leaves us, his career is as good as over. If he stays, he's going to be a very important rotation player and a potential supersub. It feels like a no brainer if we can reach to an economic solution.

Sanchez is a dud. Moving on.

He was a gamble loan that didn't really work out. No biggie. He will be no more/less forgetten like a Keita balde was.

Agreed. Sadly, luck was not on his side. Fucking Cuadrado that fucking rat cunt broke Sanchez's ankle and now this pandemic. While it's hardly his fault, at the end of the day he hasn't shown enough to justify the kind of financial outlay a transfer and his wages would require.

Yeah he would have to cut his salary by over 50% for us to even consider since United demands some kind of transfer fee. They will have to pay him something as he would be leaving so much money on the table by leaving.

Hes still our most dangerous player on the ball, and the only guy who can create chances out wide or through the middle. Lukaku gets beaten to the ball very often, Lautaro gets pushed off of it and plays dead. Sanchez never gives up. His age, wage and injury struggles will surely be deciding factors, but we didnt get the best of him.
