Valero should start, he has been the best ballplaying midfielder.

He's not really that similar to Brozović, he's more a Modrić type player.

He's maybe a little more physical than Modrić, but can't really be the most defensive minded midfielder like Brozović is at Inter or was with Croatia at the last WC.

His long range passing is great, although he was too often forced into it because how shit Brescia is.

He has the vision and the technique to put his teammates in dangerous positions, but his teammates at Brescia were so shit that they constantly bungled it.

    Great freekick taker too.

He's a better dribbler than Modrić (and of course Brozović), a bit more tidy.

His shooting seems great, feel that he should score more, like he should average 5 goals per season.

He runs a lot and covers a lot of ground, similar to Barella in that regard.

He can play besides Brozović, not instead of him, unless we bring someone as good defensively as Brozović to play with him.

In the comparisons with Pirlo, he's more physical and more box-to-box, don't know yet if he can be as magical as Pirlo, but he certainly has the toolbox.

Not really, for starters Modrić has been performing at the top for years and we don't even know if Tonali can even handle the pressure of playing for Inter, though I would bet yes.

Then I would say Modrić's passing, command of the midfield and shooting is better than Tonali. Though I would say Tonali has the potential to be an even better player than Modrić, but that's 2-3 seasons from now, injuries and retarded coaches not giving him playing time because they only play gladiators in midfield notwithstanding.

So do you still thinking locatelli > tonali?
What make you change your stance now that you rate tonali very highly

I didn't change my mind, I has always rated Tonali very high, I just rate Locatelli at this moment higher. Keep in mind Tonali is younger and has a higher ceiling.

Also they're different players, Locatelli is actually pretty good defensively so they would complement each other very well.

According to Sky, Inter intend to close the deal for Tonali when the team returns from Germany.

Romano - Inter are still in talks with Brescia to sign Sandro Tonali and will try to finalize the deal after the Europa League. Personal terms already agreed since June. Juventus are not in the race.

Yes I believe he will soon integrate to the first team next season. He has the similar physique to Gags which Conte looking for.
And I really hope Eriksen soon or later will replace Brozo, once he adapted into DLP position.

Great news but 10 million for a loan is insane unless that is 2-3 youth players going that way with buy backs.

i'm not exited for him honestly... i've seen him playing with brescia in some matches this season and i really wasn't impressionated... i hope that if Inter will sign for him, he will become a great player, but now i have some doubts...

Cellino said that few Brescia players are infected with covid and Sandro Tonali had contact with them and remain in isolation right now. I hope it won't postpone the transfer
