Especially when the alternative is old-ass Kolarov. What did he expect was going to happen? What possible threat was Kolarov going to give to keep Roma's attack even the slightest bit honest? Because you sure aren't ever bringing Kolarov on for his defensive qualities.

Not fair to compare him with Lauti cos Hakimi tends to get more space when he’s in a goal scoring position. So far very few opposition will dedicate a defender to man mark Hakimi (yet). But don’t be surprised if he ended up being our no.2 goal scorer this season. Either he doesn’t shoot. Or he shoots with a purpose.
