    WOW, you seriously can't read.

Not to what he brings to the game, basically we would be gambling that he recovers his Roma form, which it's a huge gamble, in no way a bargain.

We need a quality 4th striker. Dzeko, Cavani, or Giroud level at least.

How many teams have a 4th striker on that level?

Conte should manage with Esposito or someone like Pinamonti.

Given what they paid for him still feeds into the fact there could be bargains!! Did you see blue9 say we should raid Chelsea but only go for players they paid more than 50m for. That point can't be any clearer, Jesus man

The majority of teams play one striker formations, so of course their "fourth striker" isn't a big name. We need a capable Lukaku backup. As things currently stand if he gets injured our season is essentially over. That's not going to fly if we want to win anything.

Didn't Asensio have his ACL torn? After that horrible injury little chance a player can recover to his usual level.
He did have tremendous potential before that.

Nah, he was always overrated. People seemed to see only his crosses and awesome goals from long distance. But forgot to see how many balls he was losing, the bad passes and bad decisions.

He could have become good player, but after the injury he simply stalled.

Bale is not worth paying money for, anymore. Even if he wished to turn it around like Sanchez, I don't want two old injury prone players with big wages here (big for Inter at least)

Sanchez already was missing for half of the season, Bale would probably be even worse

And this Bale would neeeever want to play LWB

Imagine Bale as SS running in behind while Lukaku holds up play.

After the injury, he's played, like, five games.

There are aspects of Asensio that I don't rate very well either - guy has the personality of a coward - but lets not make his post-injury "decline" sound more dramatic than it is. He only recently was able to get back on the field at all.

But he's not a starter at a top-level club, that much I think most of us can agree with. He's not someone I want to see starting here, not that his position exists within Conte's structure anyway.

Looks like Juve are struggling to get rid of Ronaldo. Maybe Marotta can offer them a Sanchez style deal, 1 year loan where Juve pay 75% of his salary
