Conte has made it clear he sees Eriksen as a vice Brozovic now so if he starts it will be instead of Brozovic, not Vidal. If Vidal gets rested, Gagliardini will probably start.

I hope this is not true although i think you're right. Gags can't replace Vidal because they are different types of midfielders. Vidal has more attacking abilities and he's way more skillful than Gags. Sensi is the ideal replacement for Vidal, but i don't believe he can play for more then 10 minutes. Personally I think he's being disingenuous but if he is sincere then there's more than one role Eriksen can play. (and as he should considering our lack of options..)
