Start Eriksen and Gags instead of Vidal and Barella. And get Lukaku off if he doesn't play well. Maybe don't even start Lukaku.

A must win game, to continue the momentum. Also 6 of their players have been tested positive to Covid, including Belotti. I read somewhere that Belotti even had symptoms and wont be fit for at least two weeks.
Tho even with them, Torino is having an awful season and anything bar comfortable win would be a disaster.
