    Milano to Appiano

Hello guys and girls, I have been to Milan many times seen many matches fimiliar with the city very well. But all the time I have gone I have never been to Appiano to see them train.

I would really like to do so in 2 weeks when in Italy again.

Can anyone guide me in how to get there? Driving Directions from city centre of Milan or train??

    Grazie

You really need to rent a car if you want to visit appiano gentile! Pinetina (our training ground) is located just outside the village “appiano gentile”. It is actually a bit tricky to find it – though when you get close to the area most people will help you with directions. They are very helpful indeed.

From Milan you need to get on the motorway towards Como. Get off the “Lomazzo” junction. There you can always ask for the golf course which is near Pinetina.
All in all it shouldn’t take you more than 30-40minutes to get there.

A tip would be to make sure you don’t go and see them train before match days. Because usually prior to match days they train on the third pitch which is the one furthest away to the stands. Hence you will not get a real feel about the whole experience. Also again, prior to match days those called up for the game will not leave the Pinetina, so you wont be able to talk to them or take pictures on their departure from the training ground.
