I went to the S Siro last week, and there were no 'bagarini', people outside the stadium selling tickets at incredibly high prices. They used to buy something like 50 tickets each, and sell them to people outside the stadium, desperate to get in.
I bought the tickets for Inter v Roma 2 days before the game, without any problems. The ticket has your name on it, and you need to show a valid ID when you get inside the gates.
This is great, all those greedy bastards are phucked now, and people can go and buy tickets without being screwed by them.
I really don't see a reason why you should oppose nominal tickets.
