    Player comparisons

It's better to have only one thread for this... Only Maradona and Pele comparison deserves its own thread. To start off, some might think of this as a silly argument, but from all I've seen Roberto Mancini was a better player than George Best and Daglish or Keegan...

Some videos to change my mind are welcome off course, or some other videos that agree with me

P.S: Keep this thread as a comparison of oldies No Henry-Eto'o or Rooney-Messi in here, coz it'll ruin it...

    Mancini better than Best?
I don't think so. . Altough I really like Mancini both as a coach and as a player, Best was better. I never actually saw him play, but from what I heard from people who watched him he was one of the 5 best footballers of all time. When they asked Pele and Maradona who is the best player of all time, they both answered: George Best! For Daglish and Keegan I don't really know, could be that Roberto was better than both of them.

What is Mancini's record for Italian national team? I dont think he has played too much for Azzuri?

Why? Inspite of his prolific goal scoring records ?

    2 simple words: Roberto Baggio.

He didn't have a good relationship with Arrigo Sacchi back then as well.

Mancini was not a striker btw!!! He was something like right winger, trequartista, and support striker! In the Azzuri, as Frisko mentioned, there was Baggio! You just can't play when that guy is there!
