Messi says he will silence Mourinho in the next match!

Lionel Messi has vowed he wants to "silence the mouth of Mourinho" when Barcelona host Chelsea in their Champions League clash on Tuesday. The Argentinian teenager was the subject of vehement criticism by Blues boss Jose Mourinho who accused him of play-acting during the incident which saw Asier del Horno sent off during the first leg at Stamford Bridge. However, the 18-year-old has hit back adding he had given Del Horno the run-around until the Chelsea player's challenge which earned him the red card. Messi told the Daily Star: "I want to produce the biggest match of my life against Chelsea to silence the mouth of Mourinho and his players. "They claim I am an actor. They are wrong. I am a professional footballer and I have received many kicks this season. The actors are for the cinema and not for sport. "I do not want contact with Mourinho because he was deceptive with me through his behaviour. He should look at the bruises on my legs. "Del Horno has also had a lot to say about me but so he should because he got nowhere near me on the pitch until he fouled me."

    MESSI OUT FOR 4 WEEKS!!!!

FC Barcelona forward Lionel Messi is to miss the club's UEFA Champions League quarter-final tie after injuring his right thigh against Chelsea FC last night.

The 18-year-old was a major factor in Barça's 2-1 first knockout round first-leg victory at Chelsea two weeks ago, but lasted only 25 minutes of the home return, which finished 1-1, having pulled up with a muscle injury. Barcelona's medical staff have decided against an operation but have said the Argentinian international needs four weeks to rest the injury.

F.ck this life! How it could be worse than this?!!! I hope these god damn 4 weeks don't take longer!

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
According to http://www.en.tangooo.com the Argentina forum site, Less than 100 days before the FIFA World Cup™ gets under way, Argentina coach Jose Pekerman has been rocked by the news of an injury to yet another of his talented forwards. Just 48 hours on from learning that Lionel Messi will be out for at least a month with a muscle problem, the Albiceleste coach is nervously awaiting news on the injury suffered by striker Carlos Tevez. The Corinthians forward had to be substituted after injuring his right knee in Thursday's Copa Libertadores game away to Mexican side Tigres. Teves will undergo an MRI scan to know the extent of his injury.

Man, What's going on for us!

    ****!!!!

If he's out of the WC, we're in bad shape because we've tried this Tevez-Crespo partnership for a while now and its getting better every game, and if he's out, we haven't really tried much else, so its whoever starts whether its Aimar and Messi, or just one of them, they're gonna have to gel fast.

But Aimar and Messi both are not forwards, they're attacking midfielders. We need a forward and now what we have is Saviola, Palacio, Diego Milito and Julio Cruz. And they are not really good as same as Tevez, even near the level of Tevez!!! DAAAAAAMMMN!!!!!!!!!!!

Gabriel Batistuta is about to reach an agreement with the Australian Sydney team. According to the news of the Australian Newspaper, Batistuta will take Trinidad Tobacco Yorke's place Reportedly, Batistuta preferred the Down Under because that is where he would like to live.

Stupid decision I think! Why he doesn't stop these debacles time after time?!!! He's really hurting his name!!

Villarreal midfielder Juan Roman Riquelme is backing Barcelona's Lionel Messi to be a major star at this year's World Cup.
Asked if he thought his Argentina teammate was as good as Manchester United's Wayne Rooney, Riquelme replied: "No, I believe Rooney is as good as Messi.

"Rooney is a very good young player, but he's no Lionel Messi.

"Messi is going to have a great World Cup. He's in wonderful form and will carry that through to Germany."

What a ridicolous joke!! rooney and MESSI!!!!!!!!!! Riquelme was really polite to this stupid question!!!!

    CHELSEA EYEING TEVEZ!

The Times says Corinthians are well aware of Chelsea's interest, but are loath to sell a player they consider to be the heartbeat of their club, privately claiming that it will take a fee of £60 million to secure his services. Tevez has made a huge impact in Brazil since his £12 million move from Boca Juniors, captaining Corinthians to the league title in his first season, and it is understood that he is ready for a move to Europe. The 22-year-old has spoken to Hernan Crespo about joining him in London, although it is not certain that his Argentina team-mate will be at Chelsea next season.

    DUH!!

Chelsea practically owns Tevez already....sorta like how they own Alex from PSV they are all in that MGI or whatever company owned by Abramovich....Tevez -> Corinthians was financed by one of Roman's companies

    Milan Tempt Crespo (Again)

After failing to permanently secure the services of Hernan Crespo last summer, reports are filtering through that AC Milan are poised to try again. This time the Italian giants are under the impression that Crespo could be signed for as little as £5million, which is half of what he would have cost last summer. Quite how they work out this discounted price has yet to be explained, however, we suspect that it may be influenced by Chelsea's apparent search for a new, world-class striker. Despite seemingly showing interest in Crespo, Milan have no desire to enter into a drawn out transfer that would see Andrei Schevchenko coming to London. Throughout this current season, the tabloids have been rife regarding the future of the Argentine striker who has quickly become something of a Chelsea legend. It's hard to say whether this latest report is simply rehashed from old material but nevertheless it's bound to rekindle the fires linking Crespo with a move back to Serie A, a country where Hernan openly admits that he enjoys the way of life far better. We get the impression that this is one of those rumours that'll rumble along for a few months yet.
