    F.C. Internazionale have received a fax from Chelsea stating that Argentine striker Hernan Crespo is free to remain with the Nerazzurri for the second season of his two-year loan deal.

    Roma buy Pizarro outright

    MILAN - F.C. Internazionale and A.S. Roma have reached an agreement over the player David Marcelo Cortes Pizarro. Previously co-owned by the two clubs, the Chilean midfielder will become a Roma player from 1 July 2007. Inter will gain 5.75 million euros (VAT excluded) from the deal.

    David Suazo joins Inter

    MILAN - David Suazo has signed for Inter. He will be unveiled to the press at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti in Appiano Gentile at 11:30 on Wednesday 27 June.

    The striker, born in San Pedro, Honduras on 5 November 1979, joins Inter on a permanent deal from Cagliari. He has signed a four-year contract until 30 June 2011.

    The documents relating to the transfer have been registered at the Italian Football League's offices.

    Cristian Chivu signs for Inter

    MILAN - F.C. Internazionale is pleased to announce that Cristian Eugen Chivu has signed a five-year contract with the club until 30 June 2012.
    The 26-year-old Romanian defender, who put pen to paper following his arrival in Milan just after 23:30 on Friday evening, joins Inter on a permanent deal with Italian defender Marco Andreolli moving to Roma on a co-ownership deal.
    F.C. Internazionale and all Nerazzurri fans welcome Cristian Chivu.

    Maniche joins Inter

    MILAN - After passing a medical, 30-year-old Portuguese international midfielder Nuno Ricardo de Oliveira Ribeiro has completed a loan move from Atletico Madrid to Inter until 30 June 2008.
    Inter have an option to buy the player at the end of the loan period.
    After putting pen to paper Maniche and his agents had lunch with coach Roberto Mancini, technical director Marco Branca and transfer market consultant & first team representative Gabriele Oriali.
    He will undergo his first training session at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this afternoon with fitness coach Antonio Bovenzi.
    Inter's new signing, who will wear the number 28 shirt, will be unveiled to the media at a press conference scheduled to take place shortly after 13:30 tomorrow at the training ground.
