Let's hope the boys bounced back from their recent blip and give us something to celebrate about.

I learned about love, faith, and patience from Massimo Moratti.
Ibra will play in this. Would be so cool to see Balotelli play in our centenary game...even if its only a few minutes.
IO SONO INTERISTA
whoever plays,we need a win
It should be Rivas - Burdisso in the middle, we need those guys against Liverpool and they better play as much together as they can.
We should also try JZ in LB for this game in case has to play that position against Liverpool.
Ibra needs to get some minutes in this for match fitness. If we fail to get 3 points in this one then we can definetly declare there's a crisis.

I was thinking about that, but then I want to give Chuchu some rest.
This is a delicate match. In one hand, we would want to win. Because it's our cententary match & we can't lose another 3 points. Not right now as we still have 11 matches afterwards; with juBe, acmerda, Fio, & Lazio among them. But on the other hand, I can't imagine losing anymore key players for risking them getting injured here.
Same dilemma w/ Rivas-Nico as CB![]()

Let Cambiasso rest, we still have Pele, Maniche, Vieira, and Stan for midfield, MORE than enough.
I'm still worried that the players will be thinking about the Liverpool game and drop some points here. I just hope that they know what they're doing and don't screw up like they did in Napoli.
What happened to Cruz? I never thought that he had such a serious injury. But knowing him, he doesn't need match fitness and all that crap; he just needs 1 or 2 minutes, and you'll see him scoring again.

If the boys can't get it up for this one, I'm gonna lose whatever hope I had (which isn't much to begin with) for us advancing against Liverpool. I mean how demoralizing would it be to celebrate our centenary with nothing less than 3pts?

I'm actually quite torn between putting our best team or our second team for this game, because we definitely need to win this game. If we win this game, then at least the players will have a decent confidence boost to face Liverpool.
Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.
A mixture of first team and second team. We need the 3 pt ahead of pool game and centuary celebration. However, we must rest those so that they are injury-free and healthy to face pool. Vieira and Burdisso are must. Cruz and Ibra should feature somehow (maybe not for whole game).

Just hope that Rivas has a good game.Need in form Defenders against Pool.
I’m sort of nervous waiting for tomorrow. Mostly because I really want to see the centenary celebration post-match. Not even knowing yet if FSC will stay broadcasting after the game for a little while. Otherwise have to follow it on inter.it (small laptop screen, ggrrr).
I also hope the players will focus on playing the match. Instead of getting excited to get the game over with & proceed w/ the celebration. Sort of a feeling of "can’t wait for the big party right after an exam".

Anything less that a win would be unacceptable. The livepool game is without a doubt important, but then again we are more likely to win the Chapionship than overcome this 2-0 deficit.
We should start our best 11 then make subs according to the progress of the game.
Ibra and Cruz/Crespo is must. Vieira needs to play. I want to see Burdisso and Rivas because we can't depend on Chivu (who flops in the CL anyways).
Forza Nerazzurri!

APPIANO GENTILE - The Nerazzurri finished off their preparations for Saturday's clash against Reggina with a morning workout at the training ground.
Roberto Mancini's players kicked off with warm-up exercises. They continued with a series of mini-training games and performed tactical and rapidity exercises before concluding with an eleven-a-side practice match.
Cristian Chivu trained with his team-mates for the entire duration of Friday's session. The Romanian defender finished off with some extra aerobic work.
Maxwell (running machine, strength building in gym), Cesar (running, exercises on sand track, strength building in gym), Ivan Cordoba (physiotherapy), Walter Samuel (physiotherapy) and Olivier Dacourt (physiotherapy, injury rehab exercises) worked separately.
As far as I remember, Mancini said that if Maxwell will be running till friday then he will propably play against Liverpool.
