    Michael Essien

Mourinho today didn't deny this rumour. Not that it means much, but there is a great chance he'll come.

He's the only Chelsea player I'd accept and he's probably the biggest MC in the world and most complete player.

    Mourinho can drag him here

I've always said that Essien is my dream signings. The best central midfielder in the world for the past 3-4 seasons.

Give me Essien and Quaresma and we'll set Europe on fire, in my opinion.

I don't think Chelsea want to sell that significant player, however Mourinho can surely persuade him to join Inter..

Personally I think all of our transfers this summer will be midfielders...
If we count Adri in then there's no need for strikers..

    Quaresma-Lampard-Diarra my suggestions..

I think getting Essien is a must if we want to be the best in Europe.....because whether we play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 he'll always fit in the formation....he can also play as RB or CB in case of drastic injuries and do a great job...In the midfield he's a beast and would kill all the other teams midfields especially teaming with Cambiasso and Zanetti....I think that Essien and one of Diego or Quaresma (depending on which formation Mourinho wants to use) will make us one of the top 3 teams in Europe next season

It doesn't matter what club he supports.

But it looks certain that he will stay at Chelsea now.

HE is from Ghana he supports any club that pays him more

I love how some people think that certain players wake up when they are 4 saying omg I love Inter or Real MAdrid

truth is most soccer players are not from the same town or same country as they team they play for and can care less. I am sure if u asked Zanetti 16 years ago who his favorite team in Italy much less the world was and he might not have answered Inter prob would have been Boca or River...

Players that are born and raised near a club and have gone threw the youth ranks are the ones who feel the colors of a team more than a guy from another country

I'd cream my man-panties if we got him. One of the best overall midfielders in the world. Still only 25 too! Chelsea would want a fortune for him though and with good reason. Guy is class.

Its sad that many people post on Quaresma being worth 35m, but nobody actually wants a player who is the 'real' jump in class for our midfield...

Everything a man should be. We miss you Cipe.

No one has ever denied that Essien is a huge jump for our side. But we know the chances of him leaving Chelsea are very very remote.

Chelsea fans are dreading the prospect of letting him go. He is atm rated above Terry, Ballack, Drogba..... by them.

Yeah. It's not about us not wanting to pay that much for him, rather then Chelsea not wanting to sell their player.

Yeah i think the only way we might be able to get him is if the new coach wich seems to be scolari does not want him. And i really doubt any coach in the world is that dumb.
Which matches do you feel more, those with Juventus or Milan?
"With Milan, without doubt. And I don't like the Rossoneri fans either because they have a way of behaving, particularly when they win, that I don't appreciate."

I don't want any bloody Milanista in my team, even if he's Maradona; that's all there is to it.
