This is our first friendly and it is versus our local team(Brucio Selection). This will be played in 24.07 and Inter will win it 6-2. Adriano to score two goals.

There are just two days to go for this pre-season game that in fact isn't too much important, but we will have to see how are team has been doing better or worse. I have a feeling Adriano will score goals in this preseason friendly vs Bruncio team. To win with a big result like I want we need to start with three strikers, who would give some lessons to Brucio team.

It's the right time to change the topic to Al Hilal, friendly.

And there are already likely line-ups for tommorow!

1° tempo: Julio Cesar; Santon, Burdisso, Pelè, Bolzoni; Cambiasso, Vieira, Zanetti; Figo, Adriano, Balotelli.

2° tempo: Toldo; Maicon, Mei, Materazzi, Maxwell; Dacourt, Stankovic, Jimenez; Mancini, Cruz, Crespo.

4-3-3 in both cases. So, that's news

If we can speculate, it seems Pele will play as a center back, and Bolzoni as a side back. That's new. Cuchu/Dacourt as a deffensive midfielder, with Vieira and Zanetti on the sides, that is correct. Also Adriano and Cruz seem to play as a target men.

Mancini/Figo as pure wingers, and Jimenez in a central midfield role.

Looking forward to see how this will be executed on the field tommorow.

Interesting. to be honest, those are weak lineups, i say 2-0 win unless mourinho can get the best out of youngsters.

If Bruncio plays average we will win 6-1

Figo/Adriano flanking Balotelli
Mancini/Cruz flanking Crespo

The pure wingers position are clear but what about the wide forward role?
Crespo definitely cant play on the flank but what about Cruz? I was thinking putting Balotelli on the flank and put Cruz in front

I think Crespo is more mobile than Cruz, and he will be playing the future Ibra role, that is semi striker/winger. Same goes for Balotelli.

Adriano and Cruz as a lonely strikers. Makes sense to me.

I hadn't seen any mobility from Crespo last year. And it can't be blamed on Mancini.. He is just done.

Crespo is not done trust me. However, different from Luka, I see Suazo/Balotelli/Ibra as second while Adriano/Cruz/Crespo as lone striker. Of course Ibra and Adriano can take both roles should the circumstances needs them to.

Not sure how Suazo will do on the wing. He has good speed and decent dribble, but poor finishing.

Speaking about Suazo, how come he was not included in the list? Injured or I am reading too much into it?

I think I misconfused you guys.

I didn't mean Crespo is like Ibra, SuperMario etc. All I meant that in this particular friendly, seeing from the line-ups, Cruz will be playing as a lone striker, and Crespo as a semi winger/striker, because Crespo to me is more mobile/agile than Cruz, so that's probably why Jose went for that option.

i actually think cruz is more mobil then crespo, i have seen him time and time again last season drifting out, to the right or the left i even remmber he crossed in 2 balls that we scoe from, one in particular was against parma in the 1st game the 3-2 one where he was on the wing dribbeled and crossed to ibra who scored...as for crespo no way that he will be the wide he will lose control of the ball way to fast as he is or turned into a pure goal poacher since at least 2 year now, when he was younger maybe but definatly not anymore
as for pele, mourinho probalby saw something in him that could become useful in the begining of the season since we already have 3 CB injured
