Inter - Roma (Coppa Italia) (21 Jan 09)

    Inter - Roma
    Wed, Jan 21 2009 20:45 CET

Hopefully Jose will try something a little different here...
Ibra will surely play due to his suspension for this coming weekend clash with Sampdoria.

What better way to bounce back into gear with a win over Roma?

I dont know about this match.
We were visibly tired and it all shown on the pitch against Atalanta. Well, I am too stunned to think about this match yet
Maybe Jose is saving Mancini and Ricky Q for this one

Want RQ and Mancini for this one. We played 4-3-3 earlier against them and won big which gives us hope of them playing.

Let's give some players a chance. Balo, Mancini and RQ needs one.

This is going to be a real test which will show what is Jose up to. So far we didn't choke any big game but we struggled in small matches. For sure he doesn't want to abandon coppa Italia so let's see if our last performances are results of bad motivation or bad shape of the team.

No Obinna please. Zlatan will play since he cannot take part against Sampdoria and we badly need a win. I kind of want to see a 4-4-2 with two wingers but it might not be a good option now.

I think he will start Adri and Ibra from the get go... Jose will use this game to find something different and having RQ and Mancini on the wings will be cool to see in a 4-4-2.

So,what happened mr."Special" and you call back Quaresma,Mancini and Balotelli so soon??..

Did they train so well these 2 days??..
I think it's a little short time for all these players to change their mind about training, since they have been nothing but lazybones all that period..

Or do you again concede that against Atalanta all your choices were a total failure??..

    Haters will always be haters...

Yes he made mistakes and he accepted it, but I know you think he is very arrogant and thats why you hate him... I too was very dissapointed in Mourinho after the game but please dont go posting the same thing in every thread. Thanks!

Dude, Quaresma and Mancini are not dropped because of training or attitude. It is because they dont have a place in 4-3-1-2 which is the formation we play almost every serie a game now.

Seeing such a poor performance, I expect things to change anyway. What is past now already past, there is no need to dwell on the game. We need to move on and Mourinho will be our coach for this season and the next whether you like it or not

Obinna, Crespo, Cordoba and Maxwell deservedly dropped. I expect a 4-4-2

    JZ-Muntari-Cambiasso-Mancini
    Ibra-Adriano/Balotelli

We got Orsato to ref this one. I like this ref very much because he always let's the game flow and keeps the whistle in his pocket.

Suneet,I do not hate Mourinho..Since heís the coach of the team I support,of course I have to support him as well..

I just mentioned a thing that made me impression and thatís all..

And you donít necessarily criticize someone because you hate him...Iím not a nihilist and surely I will praise Mourinho after a victory with a convincing performanceÖ
Of course I donít expect you to know that, but after many games I have congratulated both Mourinho and players..Check some of my posts after the Palermo-Inter,Lazio_Inter and juve-Inter games..

However, youíve got a point..Thereís no need to talk about previous games now when tomorrow weíre playing a new match...

I will be interesting to see who takes LB in this game.

I really hope it will be samuel-chivu as CB's and Zanetti at LB. Thats much stronger than Chivu at LB and Samuel-crapdisso as CB's.

    Prefered line up:

    ............Cesar
    Maicon-chivu-samuel-Zanetti
    Deki-cambiasso-muntari-RQ
    ........Adriano-Zlatan

Maybe Jose wants somethiong like this:
    Toldo
    Maicon Burdisso Samuel Chivu
    Zanetti Cambiasso Muntari
    Quaresma Balotelli/Adriano
    Zlatan
Mourinho :the best Coach of all time
Zanetti: the best captain of all time
Zlatan the funniest looser of all time
