Could somebody please upload just the goals to 4shared. Can't download from rapidshare,haven't been able to for a year. The site still thinks I am downloading something from there.

My pc went off during a download a year ago, power went off. Since rapidshare only allows one download at once using the free section,it still thinks I am busy with that download.
Have tried resetting the router,ect nothing works. So I have just accepted I can't download from rapidshare.

In SA we don't have static ip's. They get reset automatically a lot.

Are you sure that's the reason? I mean, there are times where I download from RapidShare or any 'limited' site such as MegaUpload and my computer hangs but after a few hours, I can download from those sites again.
I though so first but seeing as I have this error for a year now I expect the download getting suspended before it finished being the reason.
All other download sites work fine its only rapidshare which gives me this issue.
