    Alla Wikipedia....

As of early 2008, Mark 2-certified versions of the Memory Stick PRO Duo became available. The Mark 2 designation indicates the Memory Stick is suitable for use with AVCHD recording products or other faster Memory Stick enabled devices by providing appropriate minimum write performance.

What are your requirements and budget? Specifically, what kind of things would you like to shoot, and also how many years would you like it to last before buying a new one?

My budget is $300 and I don't wanna get a new one till 4-5 years. Things to shoot: Food (I collect food pictures) and just general stuff when on vacation. Nothing much.

In the end, I have ordered Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 12.1 MP Digital Camera with 5x Optical Zoom and Super Steady Shot Image Stabilization (Black). Needed to order it quickly because my GF is graduating soon and I wanna have the new camera by then. I think I can still change the order though, so Ehsan, if you have any recommendation, please tell me ASAP.

That's a great choice so no need to change it. I prefer Canon PowerShot, but only if you're going for a higher end model which costs around $400. For general stuff and vacation pics you'll be happy with the Sony.

I'd be willing to spend it if I get to take pictures of Cassano, Aguero, and Diego in Inter shirts!!!
