Well mastermind Moratti confirmed we are looking to sign him, hence the specific thread.

Still baffles me where he would play, theres always room on the bench though.

He would compete with Quaresma for the title of "most tricks without any output".

He will end up with us, but will he be successful ? I truly have no idea. On paper, he's one of what we need currently, but we will see the reality.

hmm have to say here rockball!

Did you saw any Arsenal games when he was there?

He was one of the masterminds there with fabregas and flamini.

Did give good places to attackers. Created good changes to attackers.

In barca hes up against like Xavi, Iniesta, Messi. Thats why he didnt get much playtime.

I did see their games and appreciate his quality. But I don't think he was productive enough. And he had amazing support in Fabregas and others. Here he won't have that support. I hope he does well but I am not optimistic on him.

I know him for longer now, because I saw his games at stuttgart, before he went to Arsenal. He has a great Vision and a superb technique, alongside with a great shot. His greatest problem is his egoism. But he worked on it at Arsenal. Would be much better than Deco. Would be perfect on Loan, A bet if you will...

Fine for me, but with Ibra leaving, we might change to Jose's favorite 4-3-3.

I think Hleb could do very well in Italy...Terrific technique and will provide some delicious service to whomever is up front.

It's rumored Hleb would come to Milano on Monday to go medical and sign the contract. It's also said the buyout clause would be set to 10mÄ for next summer which is IMO way too much. Hopefully Barcelona pay his salary for this season.

That would make Zlatan's deal potentially €30m+ Etoo and Hleb, which seems quite bad when Kaka goes for €65m when the team decided to sell him. Here, the player wants to leave and we receive less, and imo their market value in the last couple of seasons was pretty much the same

I actually think it was easier for Milan to get more. First because of all "Kaka world acknoledge" crap, and secondly Kaka didn't want to go. Milan didn't exactly told that they want to sell Kaka, so they played it cool, like nothing will happen unless you will give us "right bucks".

With Inter, Zlatan wanted to leave, not the team wanted to sell him, or neighter, and when player wants to leave the team always suffers in terms of economics. Look at Arnautovic, will be the best example. Twente right now has close to none in saying. Arnautovic would never be treated at Inter, if he didn't want to come to Inter so bad.

There was some other aspect too. Real Madrid and some Florentino Perez.

He was immense in Arsenal 2 seasons ago. Maybe their best player, but never cut it in Barcelona. Dunno if he will be helpful.

Will be definitely helpful, but he can be a diva on the pitch. If we get Cassano and Etoo, we have Balotelli, it can get really bitchy on the pitchy...
