Cappers, help me please

Hey, I'm gonna buy a new TV package, and wanted to know how can I capp anything I want? I know nothing, so I'm waiting your help. This package in its self contains around 6 or 7 Sport channels in albanian lanuage, some italian channels(Rai 1, Rai 2, Canale 5). Not sure if it does contain the Inter channel or not(Besnik, do u know it. I'm talking about DigitALB).

Now, my question to the cappers is, what do i need to record & have the videos in the pc. What kind of PC should I have?

I guess you'll need a TV Tuner Card with a capture function
