Yeah but if we get that robinho loan then these links will die

City know Robinho doesnt want to return and are smart enough to offer him. At the same time this may stop us from making a huge mistake by bringing in kuyt.

I would rather have kuyts personality put into balotelli. At least with robinho there is no permanent damage. Maybe I'm being harsh on kuyt so if we sign him I will give him a chance to prove me wrong, and as always I hope to be proven wrong.

Finally a thread for this guy. For a right price, I don't see why not.

How can you say there is no permanent damage? With Robinho we will have the same as Balotelli or even worse...

because its just a loan, which isnt permanent.

Kuyt could be considered permanent damage

but ive been thinking, would balotelli be willing to attend attitude classes if he would then i myt consider keeping him. Would be one hell of an apology he would have to give though after his shirt incidents.

If it was either Robinho or Kuyt, I'll go with the safe bet after winning the tripplet, and that is Kuyt. He is less tallented, but he guarantees certain level, while Robinho would be a huge gamble.

IMO it is important to change as little as you have to after a major success. That's also why Barca lost last season so much, because Pep broke the working machine (either willingly, or unwillingly as it is said they wanted Villa last season).

I know Kuijt (not Kuyt) very well, he has a very good workrate but his goalscoring ability is rather poor, i'm not a big fan of him coming to Inter, but i rather have Kuijt than Robinho, as Luka said, that would be a great gamble and with Kuijt you know atleast he always gives 100%.

As backup yes, as starter no. Doesnt add anything to our forward line. I understand that Robinho is a risk, but with Kuyt we will become our usual selves in CL.

Exceptional work-rate and a team player to an absolute tee. Not really needed though

Exactly. We won't play like we played last season so we need different kind of players. Maicon is taken out of our starting lineup, so we need all the ball holding ability we can add. Kuyt doesn't bring that at all. Safe bet means we would maintain our squad and reinforce it. But that's not happening with the new coach and Maicon going. We have to develop and Kuyt isn't bringing any development to our starting lineup. He's just from the same mold like our midfielders (apart from Wes of course), no real skill or vision but work, work and work. It isn't playing safe to add yet another that kind of player to our squad.

We will play more like Benitez wants, and if Kuyt was one of his players, why do you think Cafe, he wouldn't work for Rafa at Inter ?

ps. Kuyt is perfect player for Inter if we want to play in CL like we did against Barcelona/Bayern.

Kuyt is shit. After last years results we surely should be aiming higher than that, you should too!!
