Diegus - "Bash me or Trash me" thread

Since from time to time Diegus writes at interfans some interesting stuff about our mercato, I figured it might be better to put all those interesting stuff in one thread, instead of just writing in different threads, where the stories belong.

Especialy, since some people are irritated by his posts, so that way they can just skip this thread and not read about stuff they think is not credible, and since when he comes he often writes about many different things, and I don't think it would be good to post in every thread just one slice of the whole thing.

    A little history about Diegus:

Diegus is a memeber of interfans.org who is told to be a close friend of Marco Tronchetti Proveras son. He is writing there at least since 2007, who is considered the best of the "guys who know things", although it has to be said, there are also people over there who don't believe him. However, the track record of the things he did "predict" is impresive, and taking all into acount he has better hit/miss record than most of the papers/experts, if not all of them.

He predicted Chivu transfer, and said many times Jose will be our coach back in April of 2008, despite all the talk in the press that Mancio will stay. He wrote months before about Milito Motta deal being done.

He kept insisting Quaresma deal will happen, and also insisted we want only Sneijder for the most part of last summer.

When there was all this talk about Ederson and van der vaart he said the target all along was Sneijder once Kaka signed for Real. When the press thought Inter bought Carvalho he said management preferred Lucio from Bayern. 3 weeks later in a surprising day we all wake up and Lucio comes from nowhere.

He also said the day before press wrote, that Jose isn't very fond of Hleb coming to Inter.

During the famous "Sneijder won't come to Inter - SKY confirms" time when all the papers were claiming the deal is off, Diegus said:

I remained convinced that he will arrive and I will ask many of you for an APOLOGY
    Guess who was right.

Basicly he often said things of our interest, or deals being done, days, weeks, even months before the press picked up on them. That's why he is a valued member over there and considered in high regard by many.

    ...

<his first post that he wrote will probably make some of you happy (at least for a while ), while he also disagrees with me (does not happen that often ) about Mascherano, and agrees with the people who do not want him, giving very similar argumentations, and also saying that Mascherano and Cuchu are too alike>

So anyways he was at interfans yesterday for the first time in a month, that's what he said:

(Things put in "" in the below quotes, are the things he responded to)

    Quick greetings to all .....

Bastian Schweinsteiger already taken for next season.

For this session the market will probably only Sculli.

    Have a nice evening

    "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?
    Bastian WHEN ?????"

for next season, is another year in Monaco but is already ours.

    I must run.

    Greetings to all

    and FORZA INTER

    "Why not this year?"

bayern why not find a substitute and for budgetary reasons.

    ciao

    "Ah yes
Thiago Silva is ours, take it in January ...
Exchange Adriano Drogba to Chelsea ...
Suazo Inter Cassano 12 million +, I will stop here"

Thiago Silva no show 'for the simple reason that Leonardo intervened to convince the family.

Adriano and Drogba exchange, if I remember, spoke to the TV 2 days after I wrote it, that was an idea that does not materialize 'just because Scolari did not trust most' of Hadrian and block 'negotiation.

About Cassano inside I was able to explain it in all languages, why not go '.

Also in virtue 'of people like you I have limited my work here, do not write and not write' never again 'should you know about negotiations, it is clear that can vary in the running is because the market is the market, sometimes things change unexpectedly just as happens in the stock market.

The Inter has come to offer 30 million for Ozil, the player has chosen Madrid.
Then they went on strong German Bayern for which there is already an agreement in principle for the next season.

It will be an Inter player to 99.9999%

    escape, greetings

"Diegus 30 million''saved''for refusing Ozil that to them??

    not used in this market?"

    no not think so.

Hopefully not arrive even though Mascherano insists Benitez ...... mah

"diego but your source is reliable for Sebastian?
know something about the numbers? did a similar thing to the real ronaldo operation with such a penalty?"

I do not know anything about the figures, ZERO.

Mascherano is a good player but does not justify the investment of 20 million and more' ...

Hodgson has not convened for tomorrow, talk about a muscular problem, we hope it is true ...

They hope to sell yet, slut bitch !!!!!

"But on what basis Bastian should arrive in a year, things change over time?"

cheaper because the following year, 2012, would expire.

Also now the whole would not have the outlay of several million and it would be more '"healthy" the balance of June 2011

Mascherano doesn't suck but costs a lot. And then we Mariga, Stankovic, Motta, wishing Zanetti ...

Mascherano is also small in stature, with Cambiasso in the 4-2-3-1 would be a fragile dam in the air.

Then see how Benitez wants to play ... if, as someone really believes, with the 4-1-2-3 with mask in front of the defense ..
    ...

As for my comment, Bastian coming would be a big question mark from me, if we would take Mascherano this season. Right now people don't want Mascherano because of Mariga, but if Bastian came next season, that would be a big puzzler to me, unless I would find some reason for all of these three to play at the same time (maybe they want him to go back to the wing and fill that left spot ?). On the other hand, if we wouldn't take Mascherano in the end at least we could have some suspicions as to why.

So this guy, Diegus, claims that Schweinsteiger is coming not this season but the next? These kind of transfers that should happen in a year are bullshit for me to be honest...

    And what about this?
Thiago Silva is ours, take it in January ...
Exchange Adriano Drogba to Chelsea ...
Suazo Inter Cassano 12 million +, I will stop here"

As far as I know we have nothing in common with Adriano now? Silva from Milan? Cassano in Inter?

PS. Isn't Diegus this guy who is close to Provera family?

They forgot the best one "LAMPARD IS SAFE TO 100%", then after a few weeks he went down to 99.9% and then a few weeks more it was 90%. Carvalho and Drogba were certain too.

The guy is a complete tool, then when he is proved wrong he comes up with excuses and changes his argument to suit the current situation and pretends he was never wrong in the first place, kinda a like a certain poster on this board

Self-irony from you, I'm impressed man! Are you talking about how you first said Motta and Milito are nobodies and after they proved themselves, they were proven in the first place?

Lampard changed his mind. Jose confirmed it months later in an interview, but don't ask me to look for it now. I'm sure it is somewhere though.

Diegus basicly said at that time, that Lampard gave Jose his word he will join inter, (if you would remember, Inter 2 times bid for him, and chelsea website officialy wrote they rejected it, and italian clubs usually don't bid for players that they didn't spoke beforehand) and that's why he was certain it will happen, and hard to disagree with his logic. Lampard changed his mind all of a sudden, and that's what scrambled the deal.

Anyways as I've said, if someone thinks he is just a fairytale, just don't read this thread, as it is exactly created for that reason - not to iritate others.

    Interesting stuff.

What was Diegus' background again? Was it that famous friend of Tronchetti-Provera's son? Like that kind of guy would know ANYTHING more than what we can find out. I can buy this shit if he's a reporter or something but then again, why nothing of this shit during all these years haven't been got to media's hands?

I must say it's funny that his faithful disciples are here to find reasons for his bad predictions. Like "he has predicted all this, but when he predicted wrong, it was still right since conditions changed". You can basically argument anything he says as the truth. If it goes right, he knew it, he's the man! If it goes wrong, conditions have changed so he knew it initially, he's still the man!

Can we agree that if Schweinsteiger moves to Inter, Diegus has shown his trustability. But if he doesn't move, he can be considered a hoax? Is this fair enough? At least Stefan should agree since he gives 95% chance for the successful prediction so the odds are huge.

So Azzkikr, do you really think this "certain poster", whoever he is, can't explain himself out of being inconsistent in the same way you just did? It's easy and it's BS. Also, It's so weird you just had to bash somebody in that post, without any reason whatsoever.

My intention of this thread wasn't exactly to start arguing about stuff like that (you guys can open a similar "we love everything he says" thread ), but as can be said, things do change. He gives the insight of what's going on, and what would happen in the end in 90% of cases, but there are still some exceptions. If somebodys mother die, and the player will change his mind in last minute, do we consider him a hoax ?

You have to make a distinction between the two. One stories are made out of thing air, while others are real stories. I don't remember ever him talking about someone who papers didn't talk eventually (not just some roumors), even if the deal didn't go through. That was the case with Lampard for example and Cassano.

If he says this about Bastian, I assume we have some deal set with Bayern, and it's not a story made out of thin air but a real thing. It might change next year due to some unexpected things, but if he seems so sure that we'll get him, my bet is that it's unlikely somethings unexpected will happen.

ps. And even if we get Bastian, doesn't mean that next year, or the year after there will be no case like that (all things set, but something will squash the deal unexpectedly).

If that was such an easy thing to do, why nobody did it ? Why nobody said months before we got Jose that we'll get him, or Chriss, or Motta/Milito? There is nobody I know, either here, or on polish boards, or italian boards, or any other boards, who said things that came true months later like this. You can say about Cassano deal and others, but you can't deny this. I just regret I didn't save his posts from back then somewhere, as interfans changed the structure a year ago, and all posts were gone from before that time.

Anyway this would be a better source than goal, f-i and many others...

Edit: Luka: ignore those negative comments and get this thread running ... always..
    UNIQUE AND UNBEATABLE
    José Mourinho

To me Zanetti represents the joy of living, the joy of making football your job every morning. He is the smile, the life force, the passion for training, the good cheer for everyone who works with him. To me Javier Zanetti is all of these things, and he is a man that I'm happy to say will be a friend forever.
After all of that, and a long way behind, comes the footballer. But having been his coach for only two years of his incredible career, it's not my place to talk about a man who has written his own story - and what a marvellous story it is. All I will say is thank you for everything, thank you for giving me a small space in your story. What I will cherish most is that hug in the middle of the Santiago Bernabeu: it won't be the last but it was certainly the most intense of our two years together.
Perhaps one day somebody might beat Zanetti's record, but there will only ever be one Zanetti.

Why?? We can believe diegus as a source. If you don't trust him that's fine. Facts are his predictions have a higher percentage then any of the news sources.

If you can believe the football media I see no reason why some of us can't trust diegus.

Unfortunately I have a feeling the Schweinsteiger rumor has a better chance of turning into one of his Cassano or Drogba predictions, rather than one of his Sneijder or Mourinho predictions. I really hope I am wrong, because if we can pick up Schweini along with a good wide forward, I would be trembling if I were an opponent of Inter's in 2011/12...

Well I remember following him very closely during the Sneijder saga and all the time he said stay calm he's coming and he was right in the end. Schweinsteiger is one of my favorite footballers and I would love to see him at our club he's a work horse, the perfect player to replace an ageing Stankovic.

Another portion of some of his posts, from today this time:

(parts in "" are the parts he responded to)

"this is clear, but there Mariga, there Motta, there is Cuchu ... would be too much for me then unless that MM does not want to sell someone and you move to a 4-3-3 (Sneijder?)"

next year in feeling motte and Muntari will go, Stankovic has one more year 'and Zanetti I would no longer' useful to the cause in midfield ...

    the parts have to do.

"excuse diegus a question but the situation as it actually mascherano? Is there any truth in the rumors of the newspapers? There is a real offer or are still skirmishes?

    Thanks"

the only real thing is that Liverpool needs to lower the price otherwise rest with them'....

We do not fainted because there is also awareness that we remain so 'and especially because Liverpool needs money ...

If it were not for the insistence of Mascherano Benitez probably would not be an objective of the entire weeks .....

Now let's see what happens, missing almost two weeks and not the few.

    "low but steady
Diego but yesterday there was the famous meeting between industry and for Bayern Bastian said as news?"

not yesterday, though if there was a meeting it was on Tuesday.

    the actual purchase is Maicon,

another company would have sold out in Milan for a few dollars ..

Here's to thank Moratti and his wallet.

And have fun with Coutinho, buying undervalued because it was paid a few million

"mah .. does not seem a feasible policy.
A etoo is unsaleable cn those hired, so to speak.
E cmq Moratti has to do a single stroke of the market between now and 2017, the stadium property.
Stadium = continue to compete at some level the big cn.
Stage = no scaling and return to anonymity in the space of about ten years.
The equation is very simple, and they know even cso Vittorio Emanuele"

definitely will stay working in that direction .....

if the history of Manchester United at Old Trafford that I have personally seen a turnover of about 120 million euros per year and that Inter and Milan, considering online sales and merchandising various reaches 30 million it is clear that something wrong ...

    we work.

Cmq we're improving a lot, if I understand it in just one day after the Champions League final have received EUR 500,000 from the sale of the shirts online ..

"to me the situation is worrying more and more
everything is so still, that was just entering ... The problem is that we never give miss the pipponi"

But because these guys will pull saws mental?

We have the champions of all, we sold an idiot for 28 million and are working to rejuvenate the rose of the future.

    What really is missing?

    NOTHING!

    ...... Just whims

"but the arrival of mascherano does not in any way complicate the arrival of Sebastian in the next season or are two separate things?"

Schwein and Mascherano are two different players, very different.

These 2 quotes I'm particulary interested in, as the translator is really messy here. If somebody could translate, or at least tell the most important things what Diegus says I would appriciate it. (I'll give translated version first, and right after original one)

"Diegus said it will be next season and that everything is already done"

everything is done only when the contracts are deposited alloy and the figures agreed between the parties to the thousandth.

In honor of the truth is fair to say that Inter and Bayern Munich have agreed to renegotiate the pass from Bastian at Inter next season.

Whereas it is clear will to take it that the boy likes the idea of inter-and the experience in Italy is not a folly to say and I repeat, it is very likely to see him with the jersey of the interaction between 360 days.

To say that today is an Inter player is premature but everything suggests it will be so '.

I hope I have been clear.

"this is clear, however, yesterday you said "but Bastian Schweinsteiger for next season"
however it is obvious that is so '
    but did not renew
said that no more is married with Bayern
Rummenigge said that it is difficult to restrain him and was not confident on the renewal
apparently is the darling of MM
There are excellent relations between Bayern and Inter
    there was a meeting
    so it is very likely."

Yesterday I was unbalanced because there are reasonable grounds percu overreach.

A team that works well not unexpected purchases from week to week, they project from afar.
    And 'something valuable

I'm deleting some of the posts here that has little to do with the thread, especially those insulting ones.

Back to topic, I have never believed and will never believe any 'inside sources' or etc etc about any football transfer. But I'll have to admit that I take Diegus' 'news' more seriously than random Goal.com or C4 rumors.

What I'm saying is, Diegus for me is just another rumor maker but it's much more credible than your regular normal ones.
