2010ľ11 : 19 goals in 27 apps [league], 3 goals in 5 apps [cup]
That's a total of 42 goals in 62 apps!!!!!!
He is the definition of the word"GUN". He is THE gun!
His determination and will is TOP in the world, he is really incredible. I saw him live in a rather unimportant match away to Timisoara [Romania], where Mario Balotelli came off the bench to score on his debut as they won their Europa League play-off first leg by 0-1. I went to watch the Man City players. Nobody gave a damn about the game, since they knew they can trash them anytime 4-0. But TÚvez was truly impressive! He was playing like in the UCL finals !!! He was that determined that he came down many times right back to the middle of the pitch to take the ball and drive forward! Now THAT was impressive, that's a truly PROFESSIONAL player!
He always gives his all, he sweats passion.
I always wanted him at INTER, he is exactly the type of player that we need. He will fit in perfectly, as we are as a family and there are many argentine players in the squad.
Even SAF wanted to keep him but they were asking for too much.
TÚvez is STRONG both PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY, he reached maturity and has great technical qualities. I'm sure he won't dissapoint any of us!
If ever, this is THE chance to sign him. There were ownership issues before, people asking for incredible amounts for his rights. As everybody knows, he wants out of there. He does not like the atmosphere in England. He made money, but his soul wants something else. Now he's unhappy but still a PRO, because he wants to move.
Premier League side Manchester City rejected on December 12, 2010 a written transfer request by disenchanted captain Carlos Tevez.Originally Posted by http://www.foxsports.com.au/football/premier-league/striker-carlos-tevez-confirms-he-wants-to-leave-barlcays-premier-league-team-manchester-city/story-e6frf4a3-1225969969425
Yes, Maradona is a cokehead but he has a point! If he convices them he wants to leave, he will be sold. And not for 50, but maybe 30 is a do-able amount. Latest reports state that INTER made a Gentlemen's Agreement [pact] with Man City and Roberto Mancini. Since Udinese's Pozzi is very aware of Sanchez's value, he's not giving up on him cheep. INTER tried to sign Sanchez in winter for a reasonable amount but Pozzi wants to sell him to the highest bidder [who wouldn't?!]. So he's asking for ~30m. INTER are not willing to pay such an amount for him, so we rather sign TÚvez for that kind of money. I salute this strategy and I really hope it will turn into reality. We are not getting into a bidding war with Man City, while they agree to sell us TÚvez. I believe Mourinho won't interfere either I think we all agree that TÚvez > Sanchez. This is realistic to me and I ask moderators not to close this thread, since we are getting more and more linked to him. I BELIEVE!!"Carlitos is amazing. He does what he wants with the Arabs, you know.
He tells them: 'I want to go to Buenos Aires' and they say 'No Carlitos, stay here now, we'll give you more money'. And then he gets more money!" - Maradona
Prepare for our [next] legendary No. 32!
