Wages are equally important for us as the money fromt the sale. So Id say yes well be suited to splash some big DOH if that were to happen.

Our real targets should be better players than Asamoah, Candreva...

    Gosens, Castagne, Van Aanholt, Menuier?!

If we are Conteing in the future

A top attacking minded midfielder, technically sound but stronger than Sensi
Castrovilli, Szoboszlai, SMS but not for more than 60mil tbh, no way

Tonali... Just don't let Rube get him

Maybe Chiesa if sir Politano doesn't improve...

Havertz... Mmmm he is a smart player
I have a boner for such players

Maybe Toloi as a back up CB on a free from Atalanta

Oh yeah Pinamonti will be back next year

At the moment, Chiesa looks like a great wingback, and less of a striker.

In terms of sheer quality and technique, for a team aiming for important results, our forwards are all in all... poor.
With the possible exception of Sanchez maybe, the guy on dry loan.
My username has nothing to do with the player of liverpool fc, it is a reference to an Italian novel.

Hopefully we invest in a really good younger striker, I still believe we could get Werner and one first team midfielder, maybe a wingback again.
    Icardi 70M
    Nainggolan 10-15M
    J. Mario 20M
    Gabigol 30M
    Dalbert 20M
    Perisic 25M

I guess those are the rough evaluations of those players, so quite a bit more than 120M - 175M.
Inter is an artistic venture, almost poetic. It is capable of provoking immense, unreachable joy and bitter disappointment. Its never done by half-measures.
For me, Inter is the opening to new worlds and courage. Its a strong passion, a marvellous illness. You can put up with the weaknesses and admire the courage, the same way you would with a son.

I'm pretty convinced we're stuck with Nainggolan. There's definitely some team out there that'd be willing to take him for ~10M, but he won't agree to leave because no one will be willing to pay him the wages we're paying him. Also I'm not sure if we'll feel inclined to take the loss on his fee (though I would).

Maybe if Spalletti goes to Milan, we can swap 9G with Leao?

Those are all very generous valuations and I think we've had enough evidence over the years to know that Inter rarely get market value for our players.

Surprised noone has mentioned him but apart from a possibility of Matic (and maybe Vidal?) I think there is a really strong chance we will go for Rakitic. We all know the club wanted to get him for a while. So far he barely gets minutes this season and perhaps Barca should drop a player or two from their overbooked line-up. I'm not saying this is a transfer I want (unlike e.g. Matic that would be very sensible IMO) but it's a transfer that probably could happen.

Out of the players we might be able to afford and Barcelona might be willing to sell, I would take Sergi Roberto, can play midfield or rwb.

Matic is slow as shit but in Serie A that's not as important as the Premier league. He can add some height and defensive capabilities to our squad. A dry loan wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Matic will never improve this team, stay away from him.
Guy completely ruins the rythm in United.

We need a player that has a good amount of strength, pace and technical skills on the ball to link the midfield and attack.

We really lack a good strong midfielder to compete against the likes of Matuidi, Fernandinho, Fabinho, Casemiro etc.
I thought Vecino might / would / should have been the guy, but he's been atrocious lately.

I still believe SMS to be the real deal, but it all the depends on the price.

Enough with the finished players (like Matic). Give us the DM version of Barella/Sensi.

Well, he did say attacking minded midfielders, rather than AMs And Vidal even tho a complete b2b, he is more attacking minded that can score and assist.
