    Inter's next captain?

The leader must be able to secure basic 11ada (no injuries to be moderate, etc etc), be chronic in the team to trust him and his teammates have a winning mentality.
We can not know everything about the future.
Santon and worse every year, the only MAYBE could replace Zanetti is well Ranocchia ,is young,Italian, and until you stop Zanetti (2013) will know each teammate they will be good? I and Oldest the time (although stay) because they have stopped \ leave "Cordoba, Materazzi, Milito, Motta, Lucio, Chivu, Samuel, Maicon,Pandev etc etc, but do not forget players from Primavera and other such Coutinio.

That's a very good question. I was thinking about it all the time but didn't really came to a conclusion.

Depends when zanetti goes. Always thought it would be cambiasso but zanetti's longevity probably means cambi is a no go. Ranocchia still has to live up to his potential, if he does he is a definite candidate.

Cuchu and Eto'o would be a strong candidate but probably too old when JZ retired. Ranocchia would be a good candidate but haven't seen a charisma of a leader inside him tbh.

Eto'o is way too much of a primadonna to be a captain imo, we need people who are down to earth such as Rano.

Stanko is not a first team player, Cuchu might not be anymore by the time Zanetti retires, Samuel would be pretty nice choice but same thing as with Cuchu. Eto'o will be a killer and a first team player as long as he wants to be at Inter.
Why Ranocchia, because he said he wants to be like Capitano? Maybe he will grow some captain balls. Tbh there's no obvious choice

We can't know now. It depends when Capitano will retire, for example, if he were retire now, it would be Cuchu for me, but we can't know what will be more some years.

    Deki too old.
Cambi might be too old when Zanetti retires.
Eto'o, Sneijder, Maicon probs won't be around.
    Can't see Chivu getting it.
Rano and Santon (if he improves A LOT) in the future.

Maybe Pazzini in a few years?
