Did any one get to watch the Trophée des Champs today? I didnt even know it was on, but all reports I have come across suggest it was an electrifying game...Marseille won 5-4, although Lille was leading by 3-1 at the 85th minute! That is to say, 5 freaking goals were scored in the last 5 minutes of regulation (+ 5 minutes of additional time!!!)

    Sounds like a crazy game.

I actually watch Ligue 1 every now and then. They have a game of the week on every Sunday during the season.

I heard about that and pretty exciting... but fuck'em both. Forza Lyon. I think you and I are the only two who care about Ligue 1 on here Galoise.

I'm only happy that last year OL beat OM near the end so that sealed their fate.

Opening match, PSG look like shit. No Pastore, but Gameiro, Menez and Sirigu are playing. Down 1-0 at HT to Lorient, should be 2-0.

Lyon barely salvaged a draw at their home opener Lisandro had to save them in the 83rd minute against a newly promoted team.

Kone got a red card and they still found a way to equalize.

Lyon won 2-1 over Montpellier, with a great game by Pjanic, but the real story is Lisandro getting hurt and taken off. They're really going to have to depend on Gomis for offense.

Pjanic is great player. For me, muvh better than Gourcuff, but everyone is laughing at me when i mention that...

    Derby d'Italia, why the rivalry?

Gourcuff did regress a little last season, I can see what you mean. Lloris had to make a few big saves for them to win today. Obviously him and Pjanic, along with Kallstrom are my favorites in Lyon.

Lyon wins 2-1 against a fresh promoted squad in Dijon. Gomis once again playing well seeing Lisandro is out.
