It's pretty common for smaller teams who give a hard time to big teams to lose a game against a team that is inferior to them. Could be lack of motivation, smaller teams plays more defensive, etc. Cagliari usually are good at home and tend to give big teams a hard time. I didn't watch their game vs. Brescia but wouldn't be surprised if they're more up for it for this one due to the opponent.
