Very tough match. We had struggled a lot at home against them and that was an Inter in form.

Juric's Torino are a gigantic pain in the ass. Still need to win though, and with Correa, Dzeko, Gosens, and Barella all relatively fresh I expect us to do so.

Don't underestimate these guys.

So apparently Dzeko is injured. If he's not available I'd give Sanchez the start alongside Lautaro again even if I like the idea of Correa starting this one. He didn't earn it and I'm not sure he's ready.

Gosens perhaps needs a start but it's still early times.

Barella, Vidal and Hakan I suppose, I don't want us to risk Brozovic if he's injured. Also don't want us to see Gagliardini and Vecino start.

I'd stick with Skriniar in the middle if De Vrij is also out.

Would also start Darmian instead of Dumfries.

A win is a must but remember that we're facing a team that refuses to lose.

I don't know where the rumour Dzeko is injured started from. Inzaghi said he didn't use him tonight because he needs him against Torino.

since perisic is having a great season, would it be wise to start him as RWB when Gosens is fit to start?

That would be great for the wings

Someone said so in the Inzaghi or Liverpool thread. Fake news travels fast.

Let's not underestimate Torino. We are travelling again in less than week. We will be tired. A tiny bit of rotation is acceptable.

  1. D'ambrosio for De Vrij. Move Skriniar to the middle.
  2. Vidal for Brozo. Move Barella to regista.
  3. Maybe Darmian for Dumfries too. Then Gosens for Perisic in the 70th minute.

after 2 win in a row especially defeating Liverpool with 10 men, it is time to believe again. we absolutely need the same mental approach like in Anfield. this next 11 matches is the moment when mental resilience will be a decisive factor. the boys should be confident of what they're capable of. just give 100 percent and no excuse.

an ugly win is more than welcome. :interflag2:

This is the worst time for us to get them. Our team will be tired and juric will have them chasing like dogs.

Yeah I agree that this is a legitimate concern. Torino are a very physical squad, however I think Barella getting some rest heading into this is a good thing. The midfield battle will be huge for this one.

Oh and don't forget Bremer :)

Tuesday to Sunday should be enough to get most of the players rested. Hopefully nothing serious with Brozo but if it's more than just a knock he shouldn't play.
